I was not able to eat at this Arby's because they did not offer veggie wraps as a gluten free option. I gave it 3 stars because my Mom enjoyed her beef slider and curly fries for just $4.00.
Everything was excellent per usual. The only possible bad thing was that they were out of cherry turnovers and then when I went up to ask him if they could cook some while I was eating they said some just came out of the oven so yay!
Paid regular price for a buffalo chicken slider and it was the freshest and best one I've ever had! Thank you for getting what I paid for, hard to find in today's restaurant industry ????

Had a DoorDash delivery get lost and was unable to contact the Dasher themself, so I then called Arby’s themselves. Employee Emma was EXTREMELY helpful in finding out how to go about getting my food redelivered through the DoorDash app (as Arby’s themselves does not do delivery).
When I finally got my food re-delivered I got a nice hand written note and a couple extra cookies! This made my night. Definitely went above and beyond and it was extremely appreciated.
P.S. the jalapeño bites here are tops.
Late night drive thru everything was freshly made and hot. Yummy food after a show at the State Theater.
I went through the drive-thru the cashier wasn't very polite. My order was correct but the staff could have been more friendly.
I only wish I could give a zero star! Your drive thru person Alley customer service rating zero. I can see if the place was busy. However no one car in line and you managed not only mess up what fries were supposed to be but not put everything in the bag that was order and then when I called you totally made it like it was no big deal and pretty much acted like it is what it is!! Unacceptable
