For fast food. That Reuben was a 9 out of 10. Great milkshakes too. The employees seemed really organized. Will be coming back for another vanilla shake and Reuben add extra meat

Customer service was horrible I came in today around 6pm and asked twice for my food cook to order , once receiving my food it was very old the Fry's were extremely nasty you can tell they've have been sitting pass there hold time. Once I went back through drive again I asked can I get my food fresh and the lady told me it's just 2 of them I'm not understanding what that means !so you guys serve old food cause your short of staff ? Overall horrible experience at this restaurant heavy set African American is who helped (would not give her name)!
After church my family and I pulled up to the window and asked for a few min and were asked to take our time. With no one behind us we took a few min to order our food. Our order was $37.04. Upon reaching the window I asked if a sandwich could be made with no cheese. I then hear who I assumed to be the cook that was making our food yelling from the back that the sandwich was already done. I politely told the cashier never mind to the request as the cook continued yelling. We were handed our drinks and as the window was closed I could hear them talking about us and my ridiculous request to say no cheese at the window. Wanting nothing to happen to the food I had ordered, I asked that my card be refunded minus the drinks bc I simply did not want the chef to do anything to our food. The person who was yelling from the back storms forward for the refund exclaiming that they did not care as the employees seemed to be pleading with him. The person then shoved the receipt out the window after completing the refund and slammed the window.
I’m never eating at an Arby’s again. How is this any way to treat someone simply ordering from your restaurant?
The drive thru line was pretty busy. It still didn't feel like it took too long.
I've noticed it's always really busy at lunch, so that's probably a good sign that people enjoy their food.
The quality of the food is pretty good. I can tell the staff are working hard.
I will continue to go here.
If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve gave this store several opportunities and blew off the other experiences. This time drew the line for me and I will never be going back to this location. I got the Buffalo sandwich which comes with peppercorn ranch and lettuce. I ordered it without lettuce. When I got my sandwich It was dripping with mayonnaise and tomato’s covered the burnt bottom bun. There was no lettuce which is what I wanted but no peppercorn ranch and they added two things that aren’t even supposed to come on this sandwich. The other sandwich I got was surprisingly correct but the bun was also burnt top and bottom. It definitely didn’t taste right being burnt. I’ve had experiences like this in the past at this location but I understood no one’s perfect. This time was the last time for me. Thankfully I ordered through DoorDash so have been payed back some but the point of the matter is now I have to find something else for dinner and I won’t think of this place again.

This is the BEST fast food chain near me! Their service is always impeccable! The food is always perfect! Thank you for your consistency and quality, the staff here is amazing!!
Tonight they made me the most beautiful, delicious and perfectly wrapped Turkey sandwhich!
