Best WLM Reviews
55 ladies got off a bus & went into Arby’s. They were quick & efficent & the food was good. The manager even came out to dining room after everyone was served & checked to see how everything was! Great service at the Decatur, IN Arby’s!
Wanted the 2 for $5 wrap deal, orderd the honey mustard chicken wrap WITH NO LETTUCE! got bk to work and both had lettuce, called twice and let the phone ring and ring with no answer! Thanks for no lunch!
Lady at the drive thru was Nice
Chicken sandwich was good
We got the Cheesesteak sandwich, 2 of the Chicken Sandwiches for 7.00, and a Jamocha shake. It was all really good. It's a little pricey, but generally it is worth the money. The service was also very good. We go there at least 2 or 3 times a month. Has always been a good experience. We appreciate the friendliness, too.
YummyYummyYummy... disappointed by latest visit. Advertisement is not what they make it seem. Double meal deal is 1 sandwich, 1 fries and 1 drink. Advertisement make it seem like it's 2 sandwiches. BUT not the staff is not the problem. Staff is an always have been supurb.
Consistency is key for a food business and they are all over the place, all Arbys. Is it really that hard to make a sandwich with the meat in the middle and not hanging off the side? Most times I have to disassemble and reassemble. Overall, I like Arbys though.
I used the app to get a free Large roast beef sandwich for free by buying a $1.99 happy hour shake! It was terrific!
Went thru drive thru around 9:30 supervisor sitting on counter while a staff member was making sandwiches right beside her. The 3 girls were very unprofessional and the supervisor was apart of that.
