It's 2:30 in the afternoon.
How is there absolutely no customers and also absolutely no clean tables.
the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting and then you need a code to get in.

The food was cold and looked old and dry. When I showed the employees, they just looked at me. They remade the food. This time, all they did was warm up the buns and as well the fries. When I showed them that the meat was cold and it was the same meat, they closed the window on me. I then requested a full refund. Which I received minus the fries. I said I wanted my refund for the fries as well. I was told that we ate the fries. I then said to ask the employees . Then, I was finally given a full refund , I won't be back to this Arby's ever again.
My sliders were cold and the cheese wasn't melted. I got snack wraps and as the picture shows it's awful.
This Arby’s location on JTB is not a location I would recommend. Maybe recommend to be shut down. You have employees at this location that allow homeless people to sit around in the restaurant sleeping and sleeping in the parking lot. I get it that it’s hot outside, there are shelters for homeless people. Arby’s restaurants are not a shelter!! I’ve been here twice recently since I moved our business office right around the corner. I have been a huge fan of Arby’s for a long time. I am not going to go someplace where I get harassed and they ask for money and then they get mad when I say no. Other than homeless people on the property. This restaurant needs some cleaning!! I will just drive right across the street where there’s plenty more better restaurants and I’ll give them my business.
Went thru drive thru. Not busy 1 car ahead of me ordered a simple traditional Gyro meal. Got roast beef on a hot dog bun. No sauce, no veggies, no gyro bread.. way to loss business
The food was great. The soda machine wasn't working, but the girl that was there was super nice and helped us. Me and my friend got free cookies too.
The fries were hard and burnt. The beef and cheddar sandwich was cold. You mean to tell me I had to pull forward from the drive-through and wait for food just for it to be disgusting.
It took forever just to get a roast beef sandwich and fries. The guy there with the dreds was slow. Worry more about the mobile order over the people right there.
