My family and I went to Arby’s to eat lunch after church. We ordered our food online so when we got inside we asked Alex if that was our food and he simply shrugged his shoulders and responded with “i don’t know” we politely asked him to check and when he did he slammed our cups on the counter and threw our bags down. When we sat down to eat our food we were very disappointed to see that my uncles wings and fries looked that they were just thrown in the box. I would like to point out that Alex was the only one that was extremely disrespectful everyone else was very polite, especially Eric. Eric has a very positive attitude and is very uplifting! Thank you Eric!
Stopped in there with my son after a Husker game tried to enjoy a meal in peace and talk to him about our experience at the game and have some nice conversation and then two managers started screaming at each other in the middle of the store one manager's name was Sharon and the other was a male I didn't catch his name but it was very disrespectful very unprofessional. We had a horrible experience.
Disappointed they don't have potato cakes. The jamocha shakes don't have much flavor anymore. It's like they got cheap with the coffee and chocolate. The rest of our food was good.
Asked for certain condiments and napkins they weren't supplied. Now come on, well you pay enough for your menu, one ketchup for a large french fry and just one horsey sauce for a large roast beef ? You're really slipping. Ask for napkins and you don't even give one. Your french fries are cold. That's the last time I'm stopping at this Arby's.
Pop machine's ice machine was broke pop warm, no cheese on my Ruben sandwich or on my husbands, husband and granddaughter didnt get their fries either. Who I think was MANAGEMENT was rude, dirty place, won't go there next time we ate in York ( gross) !!!
Last night we stopped to get food on our way home. First off it was 2 young kids working who were clearly more interested in flirting with eachother than working, they forgot part of our order so as we went back to the window to get it, and as we did the young guy was crawling in through the drive through window....not very professional. Our food had just basically been thrown in the bag and the sandwiches weren't even "wrapped", the mayo was put in containers and could clearly tell someone had stuck their fingers in it .... Very disappointed.
Great and friendly service. The restaurant is clean, even the bathroom was clean. The service was prompt and the food was hot.
Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers.
the gentleman working the counter was very friendly and had a great sense of humor had us laughing the whole time we waited for our order
