Drive-Thru service. Very polite team. Food came fast. Hot warm tasty. Regular size roast beef sandwich. Loaded up pretty good. Plenty of meat.
Very friendly staff especially for a fast food place. It's been years since I'd been and the lady behind the counter was happy to guide us and make us feel welcome even if they were doing some light construction/ maintenance. It was fast food so nothing amazing, but it hit the spot and we left satisfied.
I like this place. Burger was delicious. Fried was so good. I like it.
My son and I came in after work to get some dinner. We were the only people there, and we had to wait for one of the three people looking at us from the back to finally come take our order. When the lady called our order numbers before we could even get out of our seats, she called them again. When we picked them up she walked away mumbling something. The horsey sause was out and the nozzles had sauce caked on them. On top of that our roast beef sandwiches were luke warm.
I had a wonderful experience at this Arby's location. The staff was very friendly, the food was amazing, and the restaurant and dining area were very clean. The app works very well and offers amazing deals and discounts. Kudos to the management and great staff! ????
The food was good, but customer service is lacking.
When I walked in there was a line at the front counter- which is fine, but there was no one at the front. After a few minutes a cashier by the name of buddy came to the front and started assisting customers. When it was my turn, he wasn’t very friendly, and when he told me the total he just walked away. He didn’t provide a proper departing remark nor did he hand me my receipt with the order number on it. I had to grab that myself. I understand that people have bad days, but that should not get in the way of providing adequate customer service.
This location is spotless, expiditious, friendly, and cures my hearty Arby's appetite with ease. The counter person Tracie, took our order (Emily & myself) with an inviting smile! We ordered the $7 Deal, Smokehouse Brisket, & Mac & Cheese Bites w/ Curly Fries. Mac & Cheese Bites were Awesum & Freshly made Thanx Tracie!! Also, the men's restroom was flawless. Love this location HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
We chose the crinkle fries because at our last visit here, the curly fries were so crispy and tough to eat. But this is what the crinkle fries look like. Not sure if they are old, burnt, or if the oil needs changing. They are inedible.
EDITING TO ADD:
The chicken sliders aren't any better. They are tougher than leather and difficult to bite. Never coming back here again. Gross.
