Until this very minute I didn't have an issue. Grabbed dinner for my husband, son and myself. Other than the usual luke warm food we never really had any issues. My husband got the Corned Beef Reuben and as soon as he bit into the screamed what the **** is this?? Pulled a huge piece of what looked to be raw fat or bacon, weird because there's no bacon so assuming it's raw fat? I'm talking huge! Like 5 inches long 2 inches wide so we go back and are met with a rather rude older lady. We are polite this whole time mind you. My husband shows her and she's just looking like it's ok, maybe she would eat it? I don't know. She's just giving us this "what the **** do you want me to do about it" she says we'll just make another he's like if it's ok I'd rather just have my money back and she huffed and said no we don't do refunds you have to get something to eat he says fine give me a beef and cheddar. They "replaced" it with a regular beef and cheddar instead of at least the double you know because of the price difference. He's not eating it obviously. On our way to another drive thru to get him dinner. On the other hand, our dog is going to have a nice snack so it's not a total loss.....
Never go to this Arby's
..the food was horrific and old. The workers were all outside smoking, and the place looked as if it was unkept. If I had time I would have turned around and demanded a refund. Close this location down ASAP
Visited the Airway Rd location in Dayton for the first time, and it was the first time that everything about my order was excellent. Tried the burger and jalepeno poppers and they were soooo good. Altho it was late (9pm), the food was fresh and hot and perfectly made to order. On top of that the drive thru staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. Well done!!! This location will always get my patronage from now on.
Friendly staff, fresh food, clean and updated modern dinning area. The person taking our was very friendly and told us about the 5 for 5 deal. He also added if me and wife downloaded the app separately we could get the 5 for 5 deal twice. He saved us a lot of money and we were very grateful.
I’m sitting in the restaurant right now actually writing this because of how good the service is here, the ladies here are all super nice and accommodating, everyone leaving has been told to have a nice day, they’ve asked people sitting down if they need anything, I’ve seen the chairs get cleaned since I’ve been in here and one of them even went out of their way to separate my sandwiches on a tray and the other in a bag since I said I was gonna eat one here and the other I was taking home and without asking she did that for me, very nice fast food restaurant comparatively and super nice staff in general
I’ve been there three different days on my lunch break now and had to pull off due to not taking orders then taking forever once order food in this location rude on mic
The restaurant was clean. Staff was attentive. Food was fresh.
So disappointed was looking forward to dinner, drove to this arbys because its usually better than Miller lane. $50 dollars later end up with cold food and seemingly week old fries, I understand being short staffed but this was awful and we love Arbys. The Auju was colored water .
