Over the course of four months, consistently, the buns are burnt and we had to tossout the food when we got home. Last order in drive thur purchased 6 rostbeef sandwichs and frys, found all sandwich buns top & bottom burnt. Walked inside ask for redue, received another bag of burnt sandwich buns not as bad as first round but still inedible. Staff states that corporate won't fix their equipment which is causing the issue. I don't hold the staff responsible but the franchise and corporate who manages the restaurant. We received our money back. We have decided to stop eating at this location as the food is inedible till they fix the issues. We will explore new options around the Rio Rancho area to find an equivalent option and give another business the opportunity.
Crap customer service. The kid at the voice box kept yelling he couldn’t hear me it was kinda funny how frustrated he was! None the less he said a manger was interrupting him I thought that was funny. One cause he straight told his stupid manager, two because that manager should’ve been helping not interrupting him anyway. Who runs this place, Ed, Ed, and Eddie??
Such a lonely spot for this Arby's but the people are nice staff is super friendly and fast and the drive thru is usually empty so big score all the time with the place and the coupons in the mail help out a lot with this place just read the fine print to them
waited in the drive thru line for 5 minutes and no one answered. came inside to 5 people working no one greeted me and just looked at me and said “what do you want” like sorry for coming to a place where you work?! the young lady took my order and then continued to laugh with her friend and continuously rolled her eyes. saw 6 people leave the drive thru line because they were refusing to take orders.
I come here regularly and love the food. The last few times I’ve dined in the temperature is at 78 degrees. That’s pretty uncomfortably to enjoy the food. The thermostat is set at 71 so something isn’t working. Seems like the system needs some maintenance. I’m the only in in here. That says it all.
I got the $7 meal deal. The beef n cheddar was stacked and the fries were fresh. Good deal for lunch or dinner. I will definitely go back for more.
I consider myself a burger "guy" and decided to give their burger a try. It is a good burger, not dry, not greasy, and not another "smash" burger. I'll come back to see if I can get the burger with a little pink in the center. Fries are not as good as other places in town but edible.
Well, I had to try the bacon cheeseburger $8.99. It was a 7 out of 10. Somewhat over cooked, not moist, for the "medium" on the menu. The bun was dry and chewy. Otherwise, the tomato was generous, lettuce, pickle slices and onion fresh and cheese pretty good.
Now, my complaint is the godawful piped in loud music and bilious pea green booths against yellow walls. Really. The place needs a face-lift. Clean but not eye appealing.
Service was friendly and prompt.
