Brandy deserves a lot of praise. I hope I have the correct location. My wife and I were headed back to Ann Arbor from Akron and stopped at this Arby's off of Route 8. My wife is a vegetarian and wanted a sandwich. Most times staff doesn't know how to respond or simply says, "we don't have a vegetarian sandwich," but this location was different. Brandy asked questions and worked with the menu to prepare a vegetarian sandwich. Thank you so much Brandy for helping us out and going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I wish this Arby's was closer to home because it is hard to find people who are willing to work outside the box and accommodate dietary needs.
Man, I was disappointed when I pulled up to order the wings to find out the $5 deal in $6 deal no longer exist and it went back up to full price. I paid $7.49 give or take for 9 wings it used to be $6 for wings and fries.
It was one of those places you could feel like you could go to and get a good quality meal for affordable price. Then I open it and I see a very tiny "wing" that was included in the nine count. It's disappointing especially for paying more for less.
Ordered two chicken bacon Swiss sandwiches and the man at windows said it will be a minute we're making them "fresh" for you. So I got my order and drove down the street to work and opened the sandwich. WOW you can tell it was under a heat lamp for awhile, the lettuce was all wilted to nothing and the chicken was hard as a rock. Very disappointed.
10-11-24 I stopped at the drive thru window this afternoon and William was working and he was extremely polite. I got there $7 special and was great. Thank you, William and Arby's.
Best Arby's I've been to. They were so friendly there, especially a man named Will. I will be back! Thank you for the yummy food, and your kindness Will and staff!
Why is it whenever I specifically state I want crinkle fries, they always throw in one curly fry? Just stop it. And why do they never give you ketchup for the fries?
Was on way out of town to pay final respect to mother my beef and cheddar was very sloppy and my curly fries were not fresh...
Went through the drive through.
Got the 2 for 6 special.
Order was correct.
Server was very polite.
