Best WLM Reviews
Arby's should be re-named to Arbocks. Pleasant, efficient and quick staff. Roast Beef was good.
.
I've been 2 times and both they have a staff of kids and no supervisor old enough to see that customer service is done the food was wrong and waited for 15 minutes for a chicken combo this place needs a over haul of employees
Travis the transgender was the one that took our order and I think it's disgraceful having a man dressed like a girl in your front lines! Gross! I won't be back!
Fast service even for a Labor Day holiday. The lady in the drive-thru was super nice and friendly. Food was fresh and yummy. Only small complaint is that I order crinkle fries instead of curly fries but received curly fries instead with my fish sticks. No biggie.
The food is great but the time it takes to get an order in is incredibly too high. I waited 15 mins in the drive thru with no one ahead of me. Someone finally came after three people left behind me. People come here to eat on their 30 min lunch breaks so for it to take 15 mins to be acknowledged in the drive thru is not good.
I have eaten at Arbys in many states. However, this was the cleanest place ever. The roast beef was great.
Both of our chicken sandwiches were over cooked. Worst we ever had.
Small mistake was corrected immediately with a discount :-) The staff here is always amazing, more like Chick-fil-a staff usually is. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.
