The children and management staff they have working there should be fired . Extremely rude and one tried to fight me over them messing up my order. The manager on duty was a kid as well and did not propey handle the situation and was just as ignorant as their staff. Never will spend my money with them ever again and will tell everyone I can not to as well. That was just so so terrible and these days that seems to be the thing and nothing is ever done about it. And we spend our hard earned money at these places. And I had spent over $17 in there to get messed up food bad service and a altercation
Was working and quickly ordered in the driveway thru. The order was accurate and service was fast. With Roast Beef you are getting a different variation in your fast food experience. And. it's budget friendly.
Worst experience at any Arbys ever. We have a bad habit of not looking in the bag until we're home... won't make that mistake again. They gave us a regular lemonade instead of strawberry, argued with us about the size being a large even though on the RECEIPT it said large! And then, to top it off, this is the amount of fries they put in the bag... they didn't fill the cup up. They barely put any in there. $24 for horrible service and not the amount of food that it should be. Will NEVER go to this Arbys again.
It's one of the best Arby's I have been to. The staff did an excellent job taking our order and preparing it. The food was great. It is a very clean restaurant. Will definitely go again.
Terrible service. A guy said he was going to take our order and then asked whose number was in the register. No one answered so he went around back, put on gloves, and started working on something else. After about 8 minutes someone else walked up and stood at the register without saying anything. I asked if we could order. She nodded. It took 20 minutes to get our food. There was one couple in the dining room when we arrived. They wished us good luck as they were leaving and said the service was terrible and there was no tea. No wonder the dining room was empty. Locals know how bad the service is. Don't stop here. There are several more locations nearby.
spent $30 on 2 meals and got 0 FRIES. I haven’t been to Arby’s in a while and the ONE time I go, they show me once again why I should not spend my money there. Cmon now stop smoking and cuttin up behind the counter and do your job that you’re getting paid for!!!
