Don't remember ever going to Arby's, but I had to try the Waygu & hamburger burger. They followed my directions, no cheese, no pickles, extra sauce and extra onions. It had a great fresh taste and was medium as advertised. I would have preferred medium rare but ok but there was something missing. Customer service was GREAT! And that Peach Lemonade, if I didn't go there to get anything else, it would be that drink!!! YES!!! Lunch for breakfast was great!
I got a fish sandwich and buffalo chicken slider. The slider was fresh but the fish sandwich had yellow shedded lettuce on it. I took the lettuce which took away the sauce and the fish was hit it was hardly warm
Just walked in to order, two ladies standing at the front act as though I wasn’t there. I asked them could they take my order - no response any they turned around and I asked again. I just walked out! I see why it’s never crowded! Poor customer service
I ordered the 3/$5 meal. 1. The curley fries were ALL broken into tiny pieces & fried to a super crisp, & served in the smallest little container I have ever seen. 2.the chicken slider was an over fried TINY chicken finger with a PIECE of cheese cut into the smallest triangle shape on that tiny chicken finger. 3.the slider bun was dry, no type of spread on it.
It had been 20 years since visiting an Arby's, I suppose it will be another 20. Those commercials are very misleading.
P.S. I threw the meal in the trash!

Disgusting. Not only was everything but my shake wrong, it was also literally unfit for human consumption. It looked like yesterday’s trash.
The meat was old and dry, the bread was so hard it was inedible, and I was given a chicken/bacon/Swiss, hold the Swiss, hold the bacon abomination when I ordered a Turkey and Swiss.
Major fail.
My family and I just came from the drive-thru the manager told me it will be a couple of minutes I can understand that so we ordered 2 beef and cheddar meals and 1 kids meal ; got all the way home The fries we waited for look like this cooked in dirty grease and the manager gave it to me anyway!
Arby's I understand you have the meats, but don't be greedy with it... This was my first time EVER having Arby's. I was not impressed. The sandwich was dry, the salad was decent. Not much of it. I'll go back and try the buffalo sandwich next time. Hopefully that one will be a little more appealing. If not, no need to spend my $ on y'all. :(
I love my double beef sandwich with a lot of sauce. Arby’s gave me 3/3 of Arby’s/horsey sauce for 2 double beef sandwiches and refused anymore. For their prices that’s ridiculous!
