So this is my very first time eating Arby’s here in McMinnville (recently moved here) and I got it delivered to me and my burger was raw! I am so glad I looked at it when I took my second bite! How nasty. ???? I tried calling but no one would answer. It’s not the delivery drivers fault, it’s the cooks!!!!!! First time I’ve ever experienced raw meat from an Arby’s. Very frustrating and disappointing experience!

Ask for burger well done if require, this is a thick burger. We found this out today while noticing burgers on menu.

Impressed with serving of food. Evidently, Oregon relaxed food service rules after Covid. This place is primo, and way above average with infection control.

A young man waited on me around 5pm yesterday. His personality was wonderful made my day. I haven't been to your location for awhile because of service. Because of him I will keep visiting.
I was very satisfied with my visit. The food was fantastic, and the service was outstanding. Joey, Autumn, and Carley went above and beyond to make our dining experience amazing. Thank you ????
Stopped here out of desperation for some French fries and immediately regretted it. Ate one single curly fry and had to spit it out. Literally every fry was soaked in oil. Like they left them in the oil before it was hot or something. I was flabbergasted. I don’t think I’ve seen a place mess up fries this bad before. At first glance they looked crispy, but they were really just waterlogged with oil. Never again.
The chicken sandwich tastes good and served at right temperature;
but the chicken wrap, curly fries are very cold and fries are soggy, oily!!
Delicious roast beef sandwiches and love their fried cheese balls.
Arby's is more Hip than the 40s railroad campfire music this store plays. I couldn't work there.
