Best WLM Reviews
The service was excellent, the food was good and the restaurant was clean. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will eat here again.
This is a convenient spot, but what really makes it for me is Christina. Every time she’s working the drive thru, she always gets my order exactly right, including the sauces. She is kind and friendly. If I have my son with me, she always greets him and makes his day, and she always remembers my dog when she’s with us, too. I’m always glad when she’s the one working!
I prefer Arby's for several reasons. First the food selection is definitely different from all the other fast food restaurants. My current favorite is the Greek gyro. Also the facilities always seem to be cleaner than their competitors. And third, more frequently the employees are kind and competent and that is becoming very rare these days.
Every time I come to an Arby’s location I am greeted with an annoyed employee. Very short with a rude under tone when answering the headset. As someone who works in the service industry, I could understand annoyance when someone shows up close to close, but with that said.. I am very mindful of time. I showed up with well over an hour before close. No one who works for Arby’s seems to care about customer service and it always so disappointing but I like the food so I keep coming back
Went through the drive-thru amazing customer service they even made everything fresh for me there was a little bit of a wait no big deal on that part and as soon as they brought me the food they thanked me for my time and my patience and which made my day
I've been to a lot of Arby's around the Midwest and the couple times I've had this location the meat has been dry, some parts hard and the staff act like you're burning through their bottom line over a couple extra sauce packs, so drive to another location.
Visibly dirty. Unhappy staff. Arby’s sauce needed refilling. When I asked for packets, it was definitely an irritation and inconvenience. I felt sorry for the people working because they were clearly not happy to be there.
Getting into the drive-through line, there were 2 cars in front of us. We waited 15 minutes for the 2 cars in line, made our order, then waited another 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and 1 waffle fry order.
They had us wait in a parking space. This is done at fast food locations so the drive-through-time doesn't show up to store management or make their average order time raise.
Good food as always, the speed was on par with a sit down restaurant, well below average fast food service times.
