Recently renovated Arby's that has a very clean interior. I got a classic Beef 'n Cheddar sandwich. It was okay; it was made very quickly, and you could tell as half the sandwich was falling apart. However, it tasted good, and the staff were friendly.
Ordered a few things that were okay but my 6 piece chicken nugget had absolutely no chicken. Just about 15 dime size pieces of fried bits. Literally no chicken just dried out crunch. Normal size sauce packet for reference.
This place needs to close. Open another taco bell or McDonald's. At least it's consistent average food with no bad surprises.
Went through drive through to order and was told to order when ready, half a second later got asked if they could help me find something.so ordered a classic beef and cheddar and before I got a second to order for the other family members was told to pull forward. Lady was in such a rush she wouldn't let me hardly speak so ended up not ordering for everyone else. Then after getting food somewhere else for the other family members I went to eat my beef and cheddar meal only to find out it was roast beef slapped in between a sesame bun instead of an onion bun and no sauce whatsoever. Terrible service at this place, can't honestly say I would ever go back
Gotta Roast Beef on Swiss? I was wondering where's the beef? Because there was none it sucked. Won't ever go there again.
Turkey ranch bacon is my fave sandwich. Hits the spot! Fries were hot. Items were forgotten in my drive-thru order, but they made it right.
We were looking forward to trying the new Prime Rib Deluxe Sandwhich, and were kind of disappointed when we get this. No onions, no peppers, no cheese to speak of and very little meat. This just isn't right.
My son and I stopped for dinner before headeding back home to Havre. We went through the drive-thru. I turned my truck off to better hear and when I went to star it back up, it didn't want to turn over. The kind people working tonight help push the truck out of the drive-thru and helped me figure out what could possibly be wrong with it! They went above and beyond to help me out and were so kind. Thank you for hiring amazing people!
Was there a few weeks ago. Ordered the french dip with no cheese. Got home to see they added the cheese and my receipt showed what I ordered. Went back to fix the problem. High waged employee that cant prepare the order along with the high price of food. And to mention the cost of gas wasted to return the wrong order. Next Time I will sit in the drive-thru to make sure each item was properly prepared. Even if it takes 15 minutes.
