I've had nothing but good experiences at this location. Food is always fast fresh and hot, the manger and employees ask how I'm doing, and the place is always clean. Can't ask for more.
My husband got the wildgoose steak house burger. It was really pink on inside and mushy like raw hamburger. Was told that's how they are made. Sorry raw meat in not good.
Mozzarella sticks were greasy, doughy and under cooked ... terrible quality. Took them back in, offered to remake them but I couldn't bring myself to try again. Did not offer a refund. Terrible, terrible food.
We hadn't had Arby's in a long time. The food was hot and fresh. The service was awesome.
I had a craving for a fish sandwich and it was lunch time so a drive thru was in order. The place was busy around 1 pm but the line moved quickly. Ordering and payment was easy coupled with friendly service made for a good experience. My sandwich was prepared properly and tasted great! Thanks.
This has to be the cleanest Arby’s I’ve eaten at in a long time. The staff was great and friendly.
The worst experience. Awful manager. Bad food. Don't eat at this location.
I was handed a Jamocha shake that was melted and runny with no flavor. It was melted vanilla ice cream. My brisket sandwich had meat that was so dry it looked days old. Even the bun was stale. When I tried to send the shake back I was told they couldn't do that. The kid got his manager, who was so rude. No apology, she just said "I don't know what to tell you, it comes out of the machine that way. I can't help you, you'll have to contact corporate." Then walked away from the window. It wasn't until later that I realized it wasn't just the shake but all our food. Except the curly fries and sweet tea were actually good. I'll stick with our good Arby's on Beechmont.
Ordered at the drive through. Everything was fine (1 regular roast beef, 1 cheesey fish sandwich). Reason for only 3 stars is because Arby's is a bad value for what you get.
