Amazing service and incredibly respectful employees. One of my chicken sandwiches was made incorrectly so we came back through the drive-thru and told them respectfully the sandwich was wrong, the employees were quick to apologize for the inconvenience and for the mistake. They went and made another fresh chicken sandwich for us and again apologized for the inconvenience. We didn’t have much issue with it as we all make mistakes sometimes, i know I do. I simply appreciate the amount of respect and kindness they showed me and my mother. Definitely some great employees at this location. The sandwiches were amazing and made fresh, they were warm and had a nice crisp to the chicken itself. I will definitely be coming back soon for more fresh food and exceptional customer service.
This is the second time we’ve come to this location in the last month. The first time it was around 8:00 pm and they said they were out of roast beef (they close at 10). Tonight, a similar situation happened, but this time it was 7:00. The front doors were locked so we couldn’t go into the lobby so we pulled into the drive-thru. Over the drive-thru they said they only had enough roast beef to make two sandwiches for the rest of the night so we had to cancel our order. Two times in a month is ridiculous, especially since it’s the only two times we’ve stopped here. Either they need to up their food inventory or get better management because running out of the main item they sell when there’s still three hours left should easily be avoidable.
Don't go here to eat. I've driven extra miles just to go to this store for the Reuben sandwich which I luv. I've gone to this store several times for supper.
I will never go back. Each time I've gone, they have been out of the food I want!!! No wonder they aren't busy during supper hour!! This store is very poorly managed. I recommend going to a different Arby's somewhere else!!! It's just ridiculous for a restaurant to run out of food!! Take my advice, don't go here to eat! You will drive away very frustrated and hungry!!!!!!
No matter where you go in the U.S. there is 1 constant to getting his curly fries. The place is Arby's! But did you know they also rock at non spicy jalapeño poppers?! They do it right with customer friendliest as well. The ladies behind the counter were polite as well. A good visit indeed!
Great, efficient service. Cashier had one arm in a sling and was more efficient than 90% of Cashiers that I have seen! Also had a great personality.
So this is what you get when you order 2 beef and cheddars with extra red sauce for take out. No red sauce at all and sliced Swiss cheese instead of the normal cheddar sauce. Never again. If I could, I'd give them a negative star. Both sandwiches are/were dry, and pretty much disgusting.
My wife and I tried the chicken club wraps, today. The wraps were fresh. The lettuce was leafy and green. Chicken was moist and fresh. Bacon was yummy. Onions were tasty. Also, we tried the new crinkle cut fries which were delicious and cooked perfectly. This restaurant had their ducks in a row. Highly recommend!
8/22/2021: Since the above event, have been through drive-thru twice with opposite results. A week ago, got home and the crinkle cut fries were cold. Looked and felt like they were cooked an hour ago.
Today, returned to drive-thru. Upon getting home, the fries weren't as fresh as they should be. The wrap I had was dry and hard and my wife's gyro was absolutely hard as a rock.
I am changing the 5-star rating to 1-star.
I've been to a lot of Arby's because the food is usually pretty good. This store was average at best..
