Decided to give the Chain a try at their Hillsdale store. Oue order was taking efficiently, but it took close to 15 minutes to get our food. Staff was very approachable and accommodated.
We went back and ordered a side of fries, which unfortunately was a bit soggy.
They have a two sandwiches for $6 deal is going on right now, as well as two for $5 chicken wraps. Both selections were quite tasty.
This used to be a premiere franchise, but not anymore.
My meal must have been made three days before I arrived. The dining room was filthy.

Guy taking the order on drive through was super short, almost on the rude side. Took about 15 minutes to get food..
Usually slow with completing orders and food is usually luke warm at best. Servers are super friendly and polite.
Mozzarella sticks were rubber. Chicken wrap was decent, it was at least warm. Fast service, poor quality.
Server was meh. Basic interaction, nothing really stood out. Not really worth the expense anymore. This location is really going downhill.
Good food, Service was good but understaffed
Last two time have came through the drive through the dude at the window was so rude wouldn’t even let me get a sentence out of my mouth just had a really big attitude didn’t even give me sauce or napkins so went back into get them and just rolled his eyes
The fish sandwich was greasy and cold. The BBQ Brisket hardly had any meat in it and was over powered with globs of BBQ sauce. Server at the counter is not pleasant. Best thing was the Fries( only because I ordered them with no salt.
