Best WLM Reviews
The most efficient Arby's I've ever dealt with! The cashier was so pleasant and the team worked like a well oiled machine; best service and highly recommend the Arby's on 1st Ave! 1,000,000/10 recommend and will go back!
Went last night 10-1-24 around 9pm and the guys working the drive through were awesome! Very polite, quick service and food was hot and fresh! Recognize that crew for sure!!
Ordered food from them at 11/14/2024 around 10PM and something was off about the food when I tasted it. Next day I got horribly sick from the food. Will not be eating there food again.
They put two much food in bag it ripped all over ground manager had a attitude and was disrespectful asked if replace he said yeah but was like I guess I can do that the roast beef was red still last time we had Arby’s just as bad it was not warm we won’t be back two times till messed up guess driving west side for Arby called on last Oder asked money refund because we threw away the cold food and undercooked they didn’t even do that
Just bought a Bacon Swiss chicken sandwich, and it was HARD and DRY! I’ve called to complain about this, but they don’t answer the phone. Or someone picks it up and hangs it up. If you like your food fresh, don’t eat here! If I could give zero stars I would.
It is a very nice place, food is always fresh! They do tend to forget sauces but that's alright!!
arbys is my stop. i get the french dip everywhere. stopped here to get usual. skimpped so bad on meat. showed the staff they said its weighted. I have Been eating these a long time they don't look like this basically manager told me this is the way to come she said I could have another one but it would just be the same thing I've decided I won't come back this one again fricken 13 dollars. after complaining which i try not do. they did give me another.
Love going to this Arby's. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. You are greeted as you enter the doors. They always get my order correct and it's always so clean. I especially love the sweet young lady with long hair and glasses that works the drive thru.
