I went through the drive through tonight and the girl in the drive through was rude and didn't say one word to me. Practically shoved the drink and food in my face and looked mean. I always wait forever for my food and the mac and cheese bites were burnt like the oil hasn't been changed in a long time.
Horrible experience, I order 4 chicken wraps, waited 15minutes for the worker to let me know they are out of bbq wraps, so I asked for the honey mustard wrap instead! Now remind you all I originally ordered 2 ranch wraps & 2 bbq wraps. I get my food the worker says “Sorry about that yall, but it’s hot”’ We take the food & go, NOT ONLY do I have 4 honey mustard wraps, no ranch anywhere, I’m not sure when I was only told Bbq was not available. I opened the wraps & the tortillas are literally soggy from being warmed up. I mean the lettuce is burning hot & soggy. I can’t believe this! The cheese is sticking to the wrapping, Its sooo obvious the food was warmed! The food wasn’t freshly cooked hot but overly microwaved hot!
Ordered a large size combo in the drive through had to repeat myself multiple times. Then I get to the window and am given a medium drink, when I ask about the large that I ordered she said today we're out of large combos today. I finally got her to elaborate and she stated that they were out of large fry containers for my combo and that I had only paid for a medium meal since they were out of large. I told her that would have been nice to know when placing my order as I specifically requested a large. Employee acted uphauled and inconvenienced that she had to explain.
Average wait time at the drive thru but got home and didn’t get my curly fries with my meal. Also had to wait for my drink after I already paid and got my food. Was also not asked if I needed any sauces in the bag.
Waited in line at the drive through order, to then purchase a single sandwich, ended up with a 2 for 6 and paid to pull around and park in another line where I rated for over 22 minutes to get 2 sandwiches weren't even that busy. There was only 3 cars in the whole line in front of me, wow!! The young lady that brought my food had an attitude and moved as slow as molasses. No sense of urgency, not caring about her job.Whatsoever, or customer service whatsoever, in Any capacity. Also I finally received my food. She walked up, handed me the food through the window and said nothing dropped it in my lap and turned around and walked off. Now im going to eat the sandwich now unwrap it , its a complete mess and theres some kinda rìed sauce dipping sauce all over it. Wow, wow, wow, won't be in here ever again.
Wow that was delicious! Food was hot and amazing. It was ready fast and the service was friendly too! Plenty of room and no one was there. I'm surprised there aren't more here it was really good!
Drive through runs smoothly, they park cars in drive thru, if they get backed up on food. Orders are brought out in a timely manner.
Just got home from the drive through to find out our large fries were only the small size in the large packages and all thrown in the same single medium bag packed full with absolutely no care. The people were rude in drive though on top of everything when you're not even busy. I used to work backline and management at another location for 3 years and this is the worst service I've ever seen. I could literally see your workers on their phones though the drive through. This is a picture of all the fries I could get from the bottom of my bag and we paid for a large.
