I only gave 4 stars for food because I asked for lightly salted crinkle fries. I couldn't tell a difference between what was supposed to be lightly salted vs. the "normal" amount of salt that's usually on the fries. They're usually so salty that I can't eat them, and I LOVE this style of fry!!! The service at this location is ALWAYS top notch. The people are very nice, and the manager is just awesome! You can tell that he is one of the good ones by the way his employees speak to him. He is so attentive every time I come in. He definitely leads by example, and it shows in every single employee. I love going here!!
Ordered 2 Double Roast Beef combo meals. Without checking the bag, I drove home. When I opened the RB's much to my surprise they were not what I ordered. I tried to call the store to complain and no one would answer the phone. Tried for 3 hours and still no answer. Very disheartening to say the least. I will not go back to this store. I have disputed the charge on my CC.
I never been to this Arby's. But I'm glad I did. I took my food home, but it was still delicious. The Smokehouse Brisket was really good and the service was fast. As well as friendly. They didn't have a lot of people there at the time. But there should be more. It's a good place to eat.
Ordered a French dip on the mobile app and paid for extra meat. When I arrived, my order was ready, but I noticed the sandwich was small. I told them I ordered extra meat, in which the response was, we can put extra meat on the sandwiches at this location. I then asked for the manager who told me the same thing and then told me they couldn’t refund me the extra I paid, that I would have to take it up with the app. No apology, no offer to compensate me, nothing. It’s sad that a company whose motto is “We have the meats” doesn’t allow you to add extra meat even after you paid for it!! Called corporate, they fed me a bunch of PC bullcrap apologies and offered to send me a coupon. Still no offer of a refund, so basically I may get my extra meat in a month or so whenever the coupon arrives.
The fries could have been hotter. They were barely warm. Other than that the meals were perfect.
Good Experience. The food is good. Customer Service was great. It didn't take them crew members long to prepare our food. Hot meal and ice cold drinks. We will visit again in the near future
My husband and I stopped by this Arby's location for a quick dinner while out Christmas shopping. Pleased to see it had been recently been renovated and now looks so sleek and modern. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our food came out quick, hot and fresh
I ordered a strawberry milkshake in the way out with no whipped cream and when the gentleman brought it to me he took one look at it and realized it had whipped cream, and even though I told him I really didn't mind the whipped cream, he insisted that he remake it. Overall, we had a great dinner from Arby's, I do love that French Dip and who doesn't love the legendary Arby's curly fries, with fast and friendly service!
Service is what earned the stars. Ordered a medium roast beef and clearly did not get that. Hate wasting my money on something I didn't get.
Update
Visited again weeks later during the day, totally different experience. Inside sparkling, food HOT AND FRESH and exactly the way it is supposed to be.
