Service is pretty slow and the prices are probably one of the more expensive fast food restaurants you can go too. Rare roast beef sandwiches are non existent which is pretty dissapoiting if you've been going to them long enough to remember when they used have them. Can't imagine taking a family here as it would easily break the budget if your trying to be fragile in this economy.
I wish I could give zero for the service. I just stopped thru drive thru for a slider and fries. 2 cars ahead of me waiting. Tell me why I sat in that line for 15 min before the first car got their food? You have no issues pulling a car ahead when nobody is behind them while waiting for food etc but you wouldn't pull this ahead. The girl at the window had no sense of urgency, no I'm sort for the wait.. NOTHING. And to make it all even worse... My food was cold and old fries. That restaurant needs a manager that cares. Horrible service!
Went to the Culpeper location today for lunch. So many good choices! I got the turkey bacon ranch sandwich, warmed, with the crinkle fries. Everything was delicious! And a nice Coke! This Arbys was well staffed and clean, everyone was friendly.
Food is just normal Arby's. Service is very slow. App wasn't allowing for mobile orders and the team working the register just said their system was working so "sorry". They also refused to accept any of the deals on the app and said to use the app if we wanted those deals even after I showed them that their app just gave a generic "error try again" when submitting the order. After ordering the food took about 20 minutes to come out (6 sandwiches and 6 fries). It appeared they had one person making food for drive thru and people in the restaurant. He seemed to move quick but they just had too many orders for one person in the kitchen to be making food. Overall just really disappointing.
Definitely the ???? SPICIEST ???? fast food sandwich out there BY FAR.
Did the Diablo dare and it was packing some HEAT ???? ????️! Definitely tolerable for me thanks to my Latin ancestors but this sandwich definitely had me sweating and itching for another bite because it was that good! Will definitely come back to take thr challenge again ????
Will def Not be back to this location..food was not hot,and tasted old.tried to order a turnover before leaving ,stood at counter 5-10 mins,workers kept walking by,didnt ask what i needed or wanted..one employee(using that term really loosely ),stayed on her phone most of the time we were there.place needs to go the way so many others have ,smh..
After kids return to school on a minday i wanted a cheat snack sunday night and You know when you diet and see arbys you gotta gotta have it lol Im proud to visit this arbys here at night now yes it may be a wait time but honeyyy i get singing dancing smiles and hot food. Im coming back real soon way to go guys
I'm typically a regular roast beef and Arby's sauce kinda girl...but today, I went slightly rogue and tried the brisket sandwich. It was good, a little messy (definitely not a drive through and eat in the car sandwich) but good enough to sit down and enjoy!
