I went to Arby’s and bought a chicken bacon Swiss sandwich with a medium curly fry, medium drink and a 4 piece mozzarella stick in the 4 o’clock hour on Sunday August 11 2024 I asked for the sandwich to not have any condiments when I pulled up and paid over $10 for my meal I was told to pull up to wait for fresh chicken on the sandwhich as the young lady handed me the drink she said the cup was broke and not to squeeze it when I got it in the car it collapsed… Then when I got the food the sandwich had no lettuce, no tomato on it I’m not sure if they just didn’t have any lettuce or tomatoes but even if they didn’t they should let the customer know and it also had honey mustard on it. The fries were ok but the mozzarella sticks didn’t taste fresh totally disappointed
We got there just before close11:45pm. The person that took our order said they
only had enough beef for two sandwiches and asked we pull forward, but Mike brought out our order asked us to check the order for accuracy, and went back in to get ketchup for us. Mike turned a disappointing experience into a great one by his care and attitude.
I think they are trying to fail. 3rd Arby's same thing. People who seem like they don't want to be there. Condiments empty so I asked for packaged. Got 6 ketchup packs all stuck together. Sandwich was good. Fries not great. Bottom line is step it up or close.
I came in around 1pm. “Anne” was on the receipt and I believe she was at the window, blonde lady. She said “what can I get you” very rudely on the speaker. Then She had huffed her breath when I had asked her a question about the menu and said “everything that we have on the menu is what we have”. I was very shocked. When I get to the window, she glared at me and didn’t say hello. She took my cash from me and I told her the amount that I have and she said “well I need to make sure so my drawer isn’t short” I told her to give me back my money and I left… I felt very disrespected as I’ll NEVER lie about money, I used to work in food and I am a person of color and I don’t feel comfortable coming back.
I came inside to eat as it’s usually quicker and I prefer to see them make my food. I’m truly grossed out and I never wanna eat here again after what I saw today. The short blonde lady, which I assume is Anne, as I heard someone say her name. She took my order then had an attitude because I kept switching around my order, then,I saw her pick up a fry with her bare hands and proceeded to eat with her back facing me, as if I wouldn’t notice. Which is gross because why are you digging your bare hands in the fryer. Lastly, when she was bagging my food, she had ITCHED HER CROTCH. WITH THE SAME HANDS THAT SHE USED TO BAG MY FOOD THEN AFTER SHE PROCEEDED TO DIG IN MY BAG THEN GAVE ME THE FOOD. Im appalled. Seriously. Hire clean workers.
Ordered 2 classic roast beef sandwiches at 1:30pm. Arby's was my 1st job when I was 16. The meat was dry, like it was sitting around for a while. I'm never going back to that location! ????
We ordered a beef and cheddar meal, and didn't receive the fries, we also ordered a large jamocha shake which wasn't made correctly, it had no flavor and the whipped cream wasn't added, and we ordered a smokehouse brisket sandwich meal, and the sandwich wasn't made correctly either it was missing the crispy onion straws. We will not be dining at this Arby's ever again. And the lady working the drive thru had a crappy attitude as well.
Raw chicken in my crispy chicken sandwich! Called the manager who said ‘Hmmm…not sure how that happened!’
YIKES.
