I just received my Delivery food and ordered the regular roast beef sandwich, Lee drink and 4 mozzarella sticks. The sandwich was Luke warm, the condiments I requested weren’t in the bag, no marinara sauce and No napkins. I tried to contact on the website and it had system error. I tried calling and it was silence. I tried 3 more times and same thing. I would not recommend this place. Maybe if they got their orders right they’d get better ratings. I just moved into the area and high hopes for this place. Not now. Avoid it.
The woman working the drive thru on 2/29 about noon needs customer service training. She was very put out by me questioning what I received in my order being wrong and just threw her hands up saying uh that’s what came out and when I questioned her again she said they are very busy and she can’t do anything about it. Then I get to work and find out after eating about 1/3 of my sandwich that the chicken is not even cooked all the way through. They better not hope I get sick!!

Got to see Eric again in the drive through and I wish I could end every night like this. He’s such a memorable person and clearly a great asset to the team. The attitude, the service, calling me ‘captain.’ The whole experience was excellent thank you. Come for the roast beef, stay for the service.
I bought the turkey market fresh sandwich and when I got home and opened the bag the smell was horrible. The smell was coming from the turkey itself. Normally this sandwich is cold but the turkey was room temp. Which lead me to believe it sat out. The service was good but serving spoiled food is horrible. Thank god it smelled bad otherwise I may have eaten it.
So today I did a mobile order. I picked it up around 10:30 AM and it wasn’t ready so I watched them make it and the young guy that was on the fries. Had black hair shoulder length. when he went to make my fry I saw him pull Hair from the fry and tried to give it to me so I asked him to make another one. I went to the bathroom by the time I came back my food was already. When I got to the bottom of my fry, it was long black hair there so I called to speak to the manager. He was so rude saying to me he doesn’t know how Hair got there if I watched him make it. I said I went to the bathroom so I didn’t see him. I just saw him drop the fries, he said so, What do you want me to make you some more fries? I’m like no I want my money back up. My hair is Sandy Brown and I hope I don’t get sick because this is the only thing I’ve eaten today.
At first, I was thinking of giving 3-4 stars at least. First time ordering food at this location (finksburg). Supposedly we’re going in but somehow they only serve drive thru. I ordered a reuben sandwich meal. Huge portions, however the fries are not warm and a bit hard. Sandwich is okay. they offered 2 for $2 for cookies or turn over. When we’re about to eat dessert, we’re surprised that the other cookie seemed like someone took a bite on it. Nothing fall off or some crumbs on it, nor it’s broken to pieces. My son don’t want to eat it anymore. I took a picture showing proof that I haven’t opened it yet.
Love this Arbys, service is always great. Please work on the aus ju.... my favorite item is the French dip but every time I ordered it the aus ju is like water ????
Ordered here today, food was ok but the Reese's cookies expired 9/8/23, months ago. Had to toss them both they were so stale. Got nothing for that money.
