More often than not things go just fun, but still too often my orders get messed up. I usually try and avoid Arby's overall, it's only a spit in the face when they screw orders up.
Talk about throwing a sandwich together, could it be any more sloppy? The taste was no 5 star flavor. The lady at the window was nice so 4 stars for that. I didn't go inside so can't day much else.
It’s nice to come to a fast food restaurant at noon and still be able to find clean tables. Thank you! This was one of the better Arby’s I’ve been to across the nation. Food was fresh. Prepared quickly. The manager earned a repeat visit from me by letting me keep the coupon. It’s hard to get a full meal nowadays for $5. So I’ll definitely take advantage of that. No shortage of supplies here.
Food is always good, the service is somewhat spotty on whether you get good or bad service in a timely way. It's always clean.
We went through the drive through at this Arby's and ordered the roast beef sandwich combo and the bacon burger. I usually order the half pound roast beef, but i decided to try the burger. I wasn't sure about the burger, but it was awesome. I will definitely order the burger again.
I'm giving this store 5 stars because they fixed their mistake. Although, yesterday my order was completely messed up. I came through and ordered 2 roast beef and cheddar meals, both to come with extra cheese. Neither one of the sandwiches had cheese on them. What's a roast beef and cheddar without cheese right? I was really upset when I saw there was absolutely no cheese.
I accidentally called the wrong location yesterday to report that my food was messed up. And the manager on Janeway, Scott told me he'd replace both meals. When I came to the location on telephone road to recover my order that was messed up yesterday, I realized I called the wrong location because the manager had not a clue what I was speaking about. I gave a call to Janeway, realizing I made a call to the wrong location. Jerry who works at Janeway spoke to the manager on telephone road and easily cleared up the situation. Thanks for fixing the mistake!
Currently working here. Not to bad. But of course could use improvements. Food has been great so far.
I really miss the outside tables ????????.
Luckily there are these really cool rocks that you can sit on with no tables in the way
I've been to this location several times. I usually go in the evening and I have never had a issue. Food is always good and employees nice and helpful. I went today in the afternoon in the drive thru. I wasn't rude and asked if I could please have some time to look at the menu. I guess this must have triggered the employees on headsets. One employee said something and the other employee responded saying something slick. But instead of saying it to his fellow employee, he says it to me. I'm not sure why me asking for more time would upset someone, but okay. So I order and go up to the window. A different gentleman is taking my money and handing me my order. The "genius" is no where in sight. I did not get an explanation or an apology. I had no issues with the food. But I definitely won't be back.
