The Roast Beef and Cheddar Cheese sandwich was as great as always. But, the Curly Fries tasted like they were cooked in in old oil. Threw both large orders away. Would have returned but didn't want to drive back to do it.
This particular fast food place does a really good job. Fair prices and good quality food entice to get lunch or dinner several times a month. Their new burgers are excellent.
"Market Fresh" yeah yellow and black lettuce is really appealing, first time I ate here I got the fried chicken sandwich and it was undercooked so a month later I decide to play it safe by getting a lunch meat sandwich and the lettuce is yellowed and black. Definitely would not recommend, can't trust the "cooked" meals and "fresh" meals are topped with soggy starting to rot veggies.
Asked for the manager and she said oh its the thickness of the patty. Please hire someone who knows when a patty is pulled out of the fryer too soon and a manager who will take responsibility. If you look at the picture you can tell only the breading was cooked.
**update** Arby's had me fill out the link and said they would have a team member "make it right " well couple months have gone by and nothing was done.....lol. ensure your order is right here or try another place.
I walked in and the place was spotless clean floors clean bathrooms and soap in the dispenser the good kind to I had the BLT it's the best second to none it was 9pm I was very impressed..
Friendly staff, efficient. Did not have to wait long for our oder. We dined in. The resturant was clean , we enjoyed dining in. I had a rueben sandwich, my husband had he roast beef and a chicken sandwich. He was happy with them and he said they were tasty, filling and enjoyed both of them.
Had any outstanding young man take and serve my order at the drive thru.
He was very thorough, polite and apologized for what he felt was slow service but I would say there was no delay. I appreciate good service especially from the younger generation. Great training in his background.... kudos!!!

Failed to mention this was the North Cliff, SF location at 8:50 pm on December 22.
These guys are good. The worst part is the parking lot/drive-thru. I was going to go there today and saw that the drive-thru was backed up enough to cause a little fiasco in the parking lot as a result of cars trying to back out to leave but couldn't.
That said, if you go when it's not so busy, you'll likely get a good meal.
