I ordered my food this evening got home and went to eat my chicken sandwich and there it is!!! MOLD on both my tomatoes! I called and talked with a manager named Madeline and she already had a tone of annoyance that I called and she said she would replace my sandwich. I was cool. She asked me if I was coming tonight. I replied yes. I'll come get it now. She said ask for her. I said ok after I got her name and I'll be there shortly. I arrived and asked for her the young man said she had stepped out. Ok. Not a problem. Waited about ten minutes and she has yet to return. So another young man asked me if I was the one that call about the sandwich and I was like yes. He was so grossed out about it and he got me a fresh one and was very apologetic and everything. Was a little annoyed that Madeline wasn't there and I was there waiting for her. I told him things happen I'm just glad I was able to get a new one and said thank you for your help and asked if I needed to show Madeline the sandwich he got annoyed and said no. He will take care of it. Which he did. I'm glad he helped out. Someone needs to have a little talk with the manager there. I wish I would of caught the young man's name. Hope no else has this problem this evening.
This order was a LIMITED King Hawaiian sweet heat chicken sandwich with a large crinkle cut fries and a regular Strawberry Market Fresh Lemonade. I enjoyed the sweet heat flavor of the sandwich and I love the the fries and ooohhhweeee that drink was delicious. My order was delivered to me with care and a friendly smile.
Love the food always good, but ordered a 5pc meal would like to revive 5 pieces instead of only three….
So I live close enough to walk to this Arby's. Got there right at 10pm. One worker saw me walking across the parking lot and went over locking the door. The dining area is apparently closed at 10pm. Okay. No biggie, then they tell me to go through the drive thru. But they don't serve guests not in a vehicle. ????. So I ask if I can just order with them and take it to go. Nope! Had to download Arby's app, place order, but pickup in Drive thru?! Finally got them to agree to just hand it to me out the door. They didn't have the cherry turnover, It happens. Okay, can I get a refund? NOPE. gotta go through app for that. Can you replace with the new orange cream shake, NOPE, wanna cookie or more fries? So opted for the cookie. Still, not mad. But then I'm waiting and waiting and still waiting. Finally got my food over 20 minutes later. The staff was polite, but seemed a little confused on what to do. Guessing not many people walk up that late at night. ( first time for me in 10 years) but then they hand me a bag without handles knowing I'm walking home with my meal. ( I saw plastic bags with handles thru the window, maybe I'm over thinking, but come on. Seems like a no brainer to me ) Thankfully my Mom ALWAYS taught me to be prepared, I had a folded up tote bag in my purse. I get home 5 minutes later. Check out the attached pictures of what my $12 Wagyu Burger looked like. It was flavorful, the first half anyway. The second half was too soggy to eat. So presentation is zero, flavor 4/5. Quality/value 2/5
Tried the limited edition Good Burger. First taste was great, then second bite exposed raw meat.
Guess they need to stick to the RB sammys instead ????

Food was tasty, we ordered the Beef and Cheddar. Missing most of what I wanted, the cheddar. Staff was pleasant. Food came fast. The restaurant was hotter than hell. For that reason only I would not be back.

The food was delicious, but $12.09? I wanted the fish and fries, but no drink, so the two items were rung up separately. I just about died when I saw french fries for $3.59, especially when you can go elsewhere and get them on the dollar menu. Nothing extravagant about the meal, and as you can see from the amount of food, $12 is a ridiculous amount to pay for those two items. Won't do it again.
