This was a primo store back in the day. Last few times I have gone it was hit or miss. Potato cakes I got were definitely past the hold time. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but then the next time they were stuck together and still cold in the middle. They did cook my chicken to order which was good but that was 1 out of 4 visits. It’s a shame honestly. :(
$7 chicken buffalo ranch wrap that can't even be enjoyed because they just doused it in Buffalo sauce, come on guys you can totally do better than this. Not happy at all as you see there was no time taken to throw this wrap together, just a shame
4/5 as the food took a while, order wasn't that complicated. They served our Milkshakes right away, which meant they melted while I waited. I still had to get them home for the others to drink. The roast beef sandwiches really didn't seem warm.
We waited for nearly 20 minutes and when we got our food, the fries were half full. The sandwiches were pretty hot and decently fresh and well made. It's just that when it takes so long, and costs over $12 per combo, can I at least get a full carton of fries?
We love Arby's when we're on the go. Drive thru order was received to perfection which is rare these days for fast food.
Waited longer than expected; assumed they were waiting on curly fries. Imagine my surprise when I got home and opened the bag to find they omitted the fries. I wasn't going to drive back 15 minutes to get them ????
I haven’t had any issues with this location. I’ve been here several times and my food was hot, tasted good, and didn’t take long to receive. The prices are kind of high though.
Huge props to the staff here, particularly Ashley! The food was good and they were very friendly.
