Food tasted overcooked, and my chicken had raw bits. I'm not sure how that happened.

Atmosphere was very nice and relaxing with college football playing in the background.
The restaurant was very clean and well kept.
The employees were very friendly & respectful when they took my order. I tried the Fried Tky Gobbler today. The sandwich is definitely one of the best. It did NOT Disappoint! ????????
I placed an online order at 950pm . The restaurant doesn't close until 11pm. My card was charged, and I was given a pick-up time of 9:59 . I arrived at the restaurant and was informed that it was closed. I explained what happened, and the employee said you wil have to figure out how to get your money back. I asked for a mangers name, and he said, "Come up here tomorrow." So I paid for my order and didn't get it. I called a customer service number and was told I would get a refund in 7 days . So I would recommend not ordering from this restaurant. The employee was rude and dismissive, I am stuck waiting 7 days on a refund and didn't get my order because they decided to close early.
Service was excellent ! Staff was very friendly ! Place was clean . Food was hot ! If I'm ever in the area again I would definitely go back .
Every time I come here around 10:00pm there’s always an excuse on why they can’t do an order. “DoorDash only” or “computers or down”
My wife and sister n law and I dined at Arby's on 12-08-2023, about 1PM.
Folks this was a dining experience!!!! The service was quick and very pleasant. The lady at the counter was friendly and her uniform was spotless. Did not look like she had spelt in it like other fast food joints. The store was absolutely spotless! ALL the tables were clean, the door glass was polished, the floors were not sticky or trash strewed, the trash receptacles clean and again no odor. They were not caked with weeks old gunk like other joints. Our food was ready in short order and was HOT tasty and FRESH! we were amazed at the atmosphere. No loud music blaring from the kitchen area, please and thank you were heard from the staff and crew. It was a 5 star experience from the parking spot to the table. My wife needed to use the restroom, she remarked that is was spotless, no odors and the fixtures were sparkling clean. This is not a new store, but one that is well managed! We WILL be back!
Store says open till 11. I get there at 9:40 for the doors to be locked and no one in sight. Just close the store completely if there’s a staffing issue instead of having open hours and it not be true
Jalapeño bites hot and fresh. Beef n cheddar a little smashed and only room temperature. Restaurant looks clean and recently remodeled.
