We got three classic roast beef sandwiches for $12.97. We pull around outside to eat them and the buns are hard and nasty and the meat was not great. I am so over hoping my food will be good when I eat here, I am done. Enclosing, we got a bag of crap for $13 which we threw away.
Okay, the only good thing I can say about this establishment is the atmosphere in there was amazing. They were playing the office on the TVs and the place looked extremely clean. But aside from that I have no good news. Two of the staff members were making out up front and they didn't take my order for over 3 minutes when I was up at the counter. At which point the woman who took my order was very rude to me. I kept telling her I wanted a roast beef sandwich and she kept repeating back my order wrong. Even saying completely wrong items like "okay, you want the quarter pounder with cheese?" Like no I'm not at McDonald's. I think she might've been drunk. That being said they did get my order correct after the 50th time of me repeating myself. But it didn't matter the roast beef was very cold. Like it had been in freezer or something I don't know and my curly fries must've had hot sauce on them because my mouth was burning after eating them. It was so painful. I had to go back up and order milk to help with the heat in my mouth. Needless to say I did not ring the bell before leaving here. Absolutely absurd and disgraceful
The service was okay. There was a long line waiting for food. They had a lot of stuff there but only one person seemed to be doing any work. Props to the girl on the cash register. The prices for a little higher than I expected, the food seemed smaller as well. I tried the two for five chicken wraps, it wasn't a good deal at all.
Excellent customer service, warm sandwich and nice drink presentation. Great stop right off highway with quick and focused customer service. Keep up the great job!
I’m a very gracious person, but I am tired of missing items!!! It’s been the last three times. No, I don’t want to come back and get them, I just want to eat my food when I get home. Get it together!
The order was correct and freshly made, including the curly fries. The gal working the window was personable and efficient.
Service here is always so slow. But on the upside, at least they're friendly, and you know your food is fresh.
