Cold fries and NOT ENOUGH FRIES ordered a LG but that’s not a large fry seriously…
And I know pictures are always deceiving but really this is just ridiculous! $1 for a 2oz portion cup of cheese is robbery and this 4for $10 is a joke because it doesn’t really save you anything.
And they run a normal special of 2 for $6 so it’s not like they are losing money at all …I cancelled getting drinks added and went to the gas station for a GIANT soda for $.99cents otherwise this woudve been over $20 FOR WHAT THERES NOTHING HERE????WONT GO BACK
Side note service was great
i pulled up here late on a monday night, and it was very busy with only 1 employee car in the parking long, and this dude was in there work his butt off getting these orders out in a reasonable amount of time. as someone with managerial experience in the restraunt industry i can say with certainty this employee did everything up to standard, and used quick critical thinking, making my food and experience 10x better than what i was expecting. give this guy a raise or something jeez
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The manager named Mr. Brad was so nice and very respectful. I had a problem with my chicken sandwiches having lettuce on it. It didn't take him no time to change my chicken sandwiches and making fresh one. I didn't have to wait long for my food. It was a very short wait and there was so much positive and good vibes. The cashier Jade was so sweet and polite. She was patient and took the time to wait and explain everything that i needed to know. I was very pleased with this restaurant. I will be coming here often. This is what you call good customer service and people who really care about the public.
This Arby's has their stuff together. Always friendly and accommodating. Orders are always correct and served fast. Great value for whatever you get!
Love Arby's with the old school vintage iconic Arby's hat beacon sign. I also love their many risky seasonal items alot of other fast foods wouldn't ever consider. Occasionally I'll swing for the slider cycle and get every slider in the menu. Otherwise their French dip & Swiss is my all time favorite big kids sandwich.
Same ol Same ol. Came to this one twice 1st time the fries were precooked and Stale from the being under the heat lamps. I came back a 2nd time. Same thing but worst I ordered the nuggets and EVEN those were dried out and stale from being under the heat lamps it's like the youngsters didn't wanna cook anything to order. It was such a let down! I wish the one in Brooklyn Park was never bought out. I' will not return to this location.
Tonight I tried their wagyu burger. Limited time offer, and I see why. It was supposed to be cooked to medium-well, so I expected some pink but this has too much pink for a fast food burger without knowing how the meat was handled. I contacted customer service after getting no answer at the restaurant, so I’ve already filled out the online form, but an actual answer from the local restaurant management would be more appropriate and appreciated. Just want my money back.
I will never come back to this resistant. The staff was nice but they served us meal that made me sick. Fries were so hard and dry and the chicken sandwich tasted like it’s been there forever. I literally asked the guy for fresh fries but this is what we got.
