I stopped in the drive thru and ordered a Reuben and asked if they could strain some of the juice from the sour kraut so the bread would not get soggy it came to the window fast. By the time I pulled to the road I pulled the sandwich out and guess what? The bread was already soaked in the juice and soggy 2) time to try the deluxe sandwich there is no restaurant in magnolia worth eating at posting pic.
Food was great! The man at the window was awesome! I believe him and one lady were the only ones working. But they did amazing and very friendly
Stood at the counter 25 mins before anyone took my order and I was the only one standing in line. The light skin manager came out of the women's bathroom with a liquor bottle in her hand. Service was terrible
Service was slow and that was the only one there. The staff was rude, and they have even lost my order on a Uber eats order once. Will never go back.
It’s an Arby’s. You get what you pay for - which costs too much like everything else in 2024. Women’s bathroom apparently has two stalls, but one of them has a door. ???? Men’s bathroom in better shape, but towel dispenser busted. Food was meh. The sauce dispensers looked a little sketchy.
If this is the one off cherry Street in Knoxville don't go I had to wait on a buddy of mine they went in there order 2 roast beef and a chicken sandwich well after 38 minutes went by I went in upset asking my buddy what the hell going on loud enough for the workers to hear me and my buddy said they just told her they just started cooking the chicken I went up and ask for a manger well they all ignored me so I spoke loudly so they all can hear me the place has only 2 customers in there non at drivethur I ask why is it taking 40 minutes to make the only thing they serve this long well one older later ignore that question after she took her id tag off that said she the manger they all need to be fired or restrained cause they might have 20 people a day Thur the evening time that actually by food for that reason so to whom reads this that's over the Arby's do something fast or lose thousands a day there and the food we got was still cold as hell and they was the driest chicken and beef was Soo bad and I believe they over charged my buddy which we did not notice til we drove 45 minutes away 16 bucks for 2 roast beefs and one chicken that's it no fries or drinks just the sandwich
I stopped in to this Arby's on my way through Knoxville. All of the staff were pleasant, and the food was made properly. The sign outside is pretty unique!
*side note*
There was a drug bust going on outside from the time we got there until we left. It didn't seem like the cops found anything, but they were sure trying hard.
The girls were sweet but slow food was great though
