Rissi was the most amazing and friendly person I’ve ever had at a fast food establishment. This is by far the best Arby’s I’ve been to. Food was great, service was phenomenal. I would come back just to talk to Rissi over the speaker.
To me they shouldn't start the order with "what can we make fresh for you?" Because nothing there is fresh. Ever. Every time I go the food just seems like it's just been sitting under a hot plate. I mean honestly you shouldn't be saying fresh food when it's clearly not. The line moves so fast in drive thru that's another indicator of how not fresh the food is. I work at a fast food restaurant and we do make our food fresh for every single order. So I do know what I'm talking about. The only reason I go here is because this is the only restaurant around. And when I'm absolutely desperate and do not want to cook I have to talk myself into going there because I have to eat to live. Yeah the people are nice but the food is not. And they always have homeless people chilling outside which is sketchy definitely makes me not want to eat there again but it's the only restaurant around. Would I recommend this to anybody? absolutely not. So again please change how you greet people asking how you can make our food fresh because it's just a blatant lie.
First time at this location - busy as ever! It doesn’t mean their food is up to snuff. The super roast beef could have looked fresher but it was not. It was lukewarm- the bun cold he have been warmed up.
Great service, very kind and very fast. I wish I got my cashier's name, she was efficient and incredible. I definitely wasn't that good when I worked fast food!
The jalapeno poppers and vanilla shake were highlights. The original beef sandwich I would pass on tasted like low quality warmed up deli meat.
The staff here is amazing , managers keep their lines moving and food is always fresh and wonderful!!!! I wouldn't have it any other way! And the lemonade is top choice ????!
Absolutely amazing staff. Charismatic workers and wonderful customer service. Food was expected of Arbys. This location could use some more cleaning of the floors and tables, but outside of that it is an above average fast food stop.
The folks here are amazing, and friendly, the 3 stars on the food is the mayonnaise on my 2nd sandwich 2 for $7 (classic chicken) was missing, but the lady at window communicated that my food would be a minute. Every other time here has been a delight.
