I had a saucy experience. We were going to go through the drive thru, but something told us to dine in instead. I'm glad I did because my buffalo chicken sandwich was so saucy, the chicken was slipping out of the bun. I was a mess, but it tasted great. They have self-serve pop machines that were clean and maintained. Cute dining area that was also clean. Friendly employees.
Best Rueben I’ve had in forever, the bread was actually crispy, the sour kraut was applied evenly, the sauce was great and the people were pleasant!
I didn't know what to order cuz I very seldom eat out lol. But the person at the drive-thru was very helpful with suggestions and the meal I got was very nice and hot and very delicious and quick
The workers were so nice!! Also very generous with the sauce and the place had generally fun vibes. Would definitely go again.
Slow service but food was correct and as expected. Parking lot split with entrance to Taco Bell can be interesting to navigate.
Would be nice to know the lobby closes at 9 when their website says they are open til midnight. No signs posted anywhere. Was traveling and didn’t really plan on eating in my car. Staff was very rude when I tried to sit down and yelled at me the lobby closed. Sad. Next time I’ll wait another exit and go to that Arby’s
Bit down on something hard in my roasted chicken wrap. This piece of plastic was right in the middle of my wrap! This is extremely careless and could have hurt someone. Unbelievable. Never going back here.
Ordered a chicken bacon Swiss meal and the sandwich had No chicken .
Also ordered a smoked brisket meal and asked if I could substitute turkey for the brisket. Ended up getting a bun and turkey. And that’s it.
Won’t be returning to arbys.
