Best WLM Reviews
Love Arby's! Food is always great, employees always courteous, dining room always clean, drink bar always stocked. Seldom too crowded.I've never been disappointed. I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere because they don't even have elevator music. Usually a bit too noisy, too.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent dining experience at your Arby’ on Indiana Ave. On December 6,2024, I placed an order and unfortunately received the incorrect meal.
I contacted the manager on December 6,2024 to rectify the issue. The manager offered to replace the meal, which I appreciated. However, when I returned to the restaurant tonight to claim my replacement meal, I was denied service due to the lack of a receipt.
I believe this is unacceptable customer service. The manager should have explicitly stated the requirement for a receipt during our initial conversation. It is unreasonable to expect customers to retain receipts indefinitely, especially when the error originated from your establishment.
Additionally, I paid for my meal on this visit, even though I should not have had to.
While I understand the importance of receipts, it is equally important to prioritize customer satisfaction. This incident has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I will not be returning to this location in the future.
I urge you to review your customer service policies and procedures to prevent similar occurrences.
Respectfully,
Neel Larson
This Arby’s location is fast becoming one of our favorites. Inexpensive but delicious food, healthy choices, convenient parking, friendly and helpful staff— all these keep combining to make an excellent online order/takeout experience.
What I got was delicious, but after the last time I bought a fry and there was not much in it I thought maybe it was a fluke, no again today I purchased a large and received about the amount of a small. I'm not sure if this is the owner's way of cutting costs ????????♀️ I don't even mind the crinkle cut that ended up in there, but I bought a large fry I should receive a large.
Are you kidding me I paid for a medium curly fry. And this is what I got no joke. Not even a fry in the bottom of the bag. :( I mean I know times are hard right now for every one but you could ha e at least filled it to the top of the fry box.
Clean restaurant. Welcoming for a 5 year old. We were helped by older employee named Kelly. She was so friendly and attentive and patient with our 5 year old ordering. Great service. Didn't love the Mac and cheese bites. It's the recipe. The other food was all great.
Oh my goodness! The older woman working the register was amazing! She was so sweet and kind! Absolutely would recommend! Great service!!
Arby's is quick with their orders. I ordered my food and had it ready within 5 minutes. The shakes are also quite good, I had a small, and enjoyed it.
I did discover I don't care for the brisket sandwich. My suspicion is that I am simply not a fan of brisket, and Arby's are innocent of this. The bread was good, and the meat was fine enough. Arby's sauce is Worcester sauce with ketchup.
Then there's the atmosphere. They have a tree with ornaments in the middle of the floor. The softwoods and colors of the leather on the chairs and tables made the tree very prominent. I enjoyed that.
