Best WLM Reviews
This location isn't getting the love I feel it deserves after dinner tonight. On point Arby's experience. Like what they're doing with the decor these days. Staff was friendly and efficient.
Everything was super good, fresh and hot. Very good customer service in the dining room. The young lady on the front register was super nice and friendly. She even used my name to thank us on the way out. One of the best visits to a fast food restaurant.
Second time around my burger being not thoroughly cooked. I even specifically stated and requested for my burger to be well done just because of these previous experiences. Everything else with the food was wonderful. Cooks should just consider the need to be more aware and less rushing.
I don’t know if it’s a racial thing from this individual (me as a black man her not acknowledging me) or a lack of respect or self worth but when a customer is at your counter you DO NOT walk by and not acknowledge them. If I ran a business you would be TERMINATED on the spot. Acknowledge a paying customer by saying “hello I will be with you in a moment “ do not walk by TWO TIMES and not acknowledge paying customers. Who is the district manager is this what she or he likes in his stores?
The new Philly steak sandwich is nothing like the menu photo as expected, however this sandwich is particularly gross. There might be 2oz of meat total, and every bite is gushing with their cheese and garlic sauce. It’s dripping with this sauce and has terrible mouth-feel. Just skip this one.
Ordered online and my order was given to another customer. Then kinda got mad at me for the mess up like I was the one who gave out the wrong order.... but the food was awesome when I got it.
I am a door dash driver, I literally go to hundreds of fast food restaurants every week. Ever since Covid I have noticed that people are just overall not very kind anymore. It seems like no one cares about their jobs, no one cares about customer service …. Well, I just visited your store Saturday, June 1 at about 10 AM. I went through the drive-through. Let me just say Jennifer was lovely. So sweet and friendly. Just full of smiles. My food came out quickly and it was hot and fresh. My drink was crisp and ice cold. A great great visit. I strongly recommend this Arby’s location.
Don't eat fast food often. Once every few
Months at most. Always order chicken wraps because they're not as awful for your health.
Wouldn't order chicken products here. Maybe their roast beef is good. The Arby's by my house has good chicken wraps but this place doesn't. Chicken quality is just like the bagged freezer chicken strips you buy at the super market and heat in your oven. Poor quality and had a starchy, translucent layer of breading.
Wrap had definitely been sitting out, was cold. The fact I was served my food immediately when there was only one other person in the lobby is proof that they had it sitting out for a while. I came in at 11:30 am so they probably prep a bunch of food for impending lunch traffic. Gross either way.
Again the Arby's by my house doesnt do this. Their wraps are actually prepared when you order them, so it's definitely a location issue.
