Thank you for bringing back the potato cakes. I went for my birthday yesterday and unfortunately the app didn't work so I couldn't get a free shake for my birthday. Otherwise, very good!
We came for lunch and they were busy but the lady running that shift was on point. Her whole crew was hustling and laughing but the food was fast and delicious. She had the whole lunch rush turned over in 20 minutes. I was very impressed.
Cashier was rude
Manager even worse
Food oh my gosh
Sandwich looks awful
Smokehouse brisket looks like burnedhouse brisket
I ordered Uber eats from Arby's on 10/12 and I didn't get an item due to lack of employees, there were only two people working and I can't get a refund for my jalapeno bites which with tax is almost 5$ on Uber eats. I'd like to either get the item or my money back since Uber eats will not refund.
I forgot to get decent pictures but it's Arby's. Everyone knows Arby's.
They were prompt and the food wears hot. My husband and I both got Rueben's. Couldn't give 5 because they were out of Turkey and that's what I really wanted ????
The restaurant was clean. The workers were prompt. The bathrooms were also clean. Ample parking (we were pulling a trailer).
This Arby's was exceptional it was one just your typical usual Arby's the restaurants clean the field was great The service is wonderful they care they cleaned and they were committed. I always have a good beef and cheddar with some curly fries and a vanilla milkshake from Arby's always makes the day better so come down to Arby's I would definitely recommend this to my friends my family to anyone looking for a good place to eat to come down and enjoy it. You're awesome You're wonderful You're great You're like and if no one told you today I love you You are loved. Until then...

Ordered food in drive though had to wait to place order even with no one else in line then had to pull past the window and wait when I got my food it was all wrong went back they took the food back behind the counter and and just though in what was supposed to be in there and the other car that came though behind me was also in there there food was wrong they took my food and there food to make our food right DO NOT EAT HERE
I went to your restaurant this evening and ordered from the 2 for 6 dollar menu I got the classic Roast Beef and the macaroni and cheese. The service was good. The macaroni and Cheese was old today’s date is 7/31/22 the note on the Macaroni and Cheese said to use by 7/29. I didn’t eat. This isn’t good Custmer Service!! The Arbys store is on Martin Luther King Dr in Greensboro Nc
