Best WLM Reviews
I have never visited a more beautiful fast food restaurant! The store was decorated, spotless, and the ladies behind the counter were lovely and kind! This was just a random stop for my family and I but I was compelled to write a review because I really felt like this place was just great on all scores.
Nice location
Friendly
Clean
Love the red Decor
I had the chicken sandwich w curly fries
I ordered a double beef and cheddar on a regular bun, because I don't eat onions at all so I didn't want it on the onion roll.... I opened my sandwich box to find a wad of meat with cheddar thrown in. I will never eat Arby's again. ???? It was a simple request. How do you screw that up?? I worked a full overnight shift and I was craving Arby's between jobs. What ever happened to quality control? Not only did I repeat my request to the cashier 3 times, but a female staff person that was standing nearby as well. They even repeated it back to me!!! I feel as though it was done intentionally to ruin my day! I tried calling to tell them of the mistake but no one answered, and they were completely empty when we drove away. It's not worth my time or the hassle to drive back since I'd most likely get an attitude from them like I'm the one that screwed up.
I am NOT a fast food person. Came here because I had coupons and was super
Impressed with service, food quality and exceptional cleanliness. Will be back!!
On Veterans Day Arby's says it offers vets a free classic roast beef sandwich. When I came here for my free sandwich, I was told the offer was BS and they would not honor the advertising. Disappointed. Arby's is just another BS artist.
This place was very clean, the staff was very friendly and of course the food was delicious. The curly fries and horsey sauce are the best. Goodbye McDogfood, we're going to Arby's instead.
Food tasted like it was heated up from the day before, especially the fries which were basically overfried, greasy and tasteless. Service was slow and there was no one but me on the line. Very disappointed since there are barely any Arbys around anymore. I did not go inside so i can't speak to the atmosphere.
The drive thru person was fantastic. She was really nice and friendly and everything was perfect. Food was great as always.
