Food is always excellent, however this location has a serious mold smell for years now, probably in the HVAC or ceilings. I try going back once a year hoping it’s resolved, but it smacks you in the face as soon as you walk in. Even when going thru the drive through, the smell is evident on the napkins too. I asked a crew member about it last year and was told leadership won’t take care of it. Please bring in a professional cleaning crew to investigate and remove the issue.
Always a good experience at Arby's. They need to go back to the bigger size cups! The large size cup just isn't big enough especially if your getting their strawberry lemonade! ????
Do not go here!!!! Got chicken sliders and chicken wraps , all the chicken that was used was dried out, hard and unedible.I had to throw most of my meal out ,because I couldn't eat any of it not to mention.It cost over $35.00 We'll never go back there again.
customer service was awful. we were missing half of our food and when we politely asked for it to be fixed, the cashier argued with us and refused.
Great food at a great price. It looks like they are short staffed, but those working were very efficient!
As usual fast service and good prices. Food was good as always. Don't eat a lot of fast food, but when we are looking for something quick, tasty, and a good value Arby's is a place to go.
Idk why every time I come here no matter the time of day the person who takes the order has an attitude. They grunt or sigh at you when talking. At the window they talk to their other workers in such an ugly manner as well. If you are open lake you should always be prepared to take order until late.
I used to order from this Arby's regularly as of late the service has gone down hill . If you try to request a meal on the app you can only order a sandwich. I had wanted to order the new wagyu burger and was sent an ice cold roast beef with jalapenos. I ordered from Uber eats and seemed to have gotten a door dash order . I wouldn't recommend this Arby's to anyone there seems to be no care in the basics.
