I placed an order for 2 Arby's roast beef sandwiches through the app. They were ready when they were supposed to be. However, my husband went to eat them at work and they were PINK! Not cooked. I called and asked for a refund. They wanted to replace it. Heck no, I don't want food from somewhere that doesn't know how to cook. Now, because I used the app, I have to call that number in regards to getting a refund. So ridiculous. Train your people better. Or get people who know how to cook.
Didn't go in, so I can not comment on the atmosphere. The service was great. Don't usually eat out but had coupons for lamb Gyros, so I did a drive-by through the drive-through. It was delicious but very salty, thus the 4 stars on the food.
Pretty pathetic you’re offering 11 an hour. Like your employees don’t deserve to pay rent and eat. While feed others. Won’t be shopping at a place that doesn’t care about its employees. Why would they put any effort in my meal when they are hungry?
Got two sandwiches. The beef and cheddar tasted old and dry. The cheese was to much it was all over the paper and the sandwich was messy. Nuggets were hard and dried out.

this hasn’t happened at other restaurants. She has red hair (dyed) and should get a raise for her smile and pleasant attitude!
Very good service thru the drive thru, propt and friendly at window, which is rare these days but the young lady April was very pleasant and made our night a good one with fresh frys and food.
I don't go to Arby's very often, but I was looking for a snack and just wanted some jalapeño poppers. I used to get them at another Arby's, and it was a reliable snack.
I was a bit peckish, and I ordered an 8 piece, but they only had enough for an order of five. The place was dead, and I reckoned the food made probably wasn't fresh.
I told the guy behind the counter I would wait for a full order. He then told me the store was wiped out and there were no more. I didn't believe him, but I accepted it.
I took my order and went. I just wanted out of there as the air felt and smelled greasy. I didn't like it.
I should have tried the while I was in the store, my bad, as they were old and barely warm.
This Arby's is now off the menu.
We like this Arby's better than most. You actually get what you pay for. Our sandwiches were full of meat, which I can't say for other locations. Other locations seem to have cut back on quantity/quality. This opinion is based on what we order, not the whole menu.
