Arby’s food was delicious as always! I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and a Reuben sandwich meal, and both were fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The Reuben was especially tasty, with the perfect balance of corned beef, sauerkraut, and dressing on rye.
That said, the service could have been better. We upgraded the chicken sandwich meal to a large fry and drink but only received a medium fry and a large drink.
I also noticed that the 16 oz drink with the Reuben meal felt fairly small—but I can’t complain too much because the strawberry lemonade was amazing, as always!
Great food, but Arby’s could improve on the service side to ensure orders are accurate. Still, the delicious meals and drinks keep us coming back!
This is nice restaurant! The food is great and service is quick! Dylan at the drive-thru was awesome! There was some confusion about our order and they did a great job making it right. I would highly recommend and will be returning!
Lady taking order at drive through sounded rude and tried rushing me.No personality at all! I found a metal shaving in my iced tea,no cheese on my double beef and cheddar.You would think $8 for a sandwich would have everything on it.This isn't the first time either.The gentleman taking my money was very polite..thats the only upside.Manager denied it came from them (the picture says different) offered free food but there's no way we would take it from that place.Last time ever going there.We're not complaining for free food...were complaining cause we wasted our money and definitely don't want other people to swallow a metal shaving.
The food was good , restaurant was clean & staff was nice. They must have been short staffed because it too a bit to get our order.
I've been having a craving for a large vanilla shake from Arby's I went to get it and their large is now the size of a medium and was not full to the top to leave room for the whipped cream that doesn't even belong on a shake
The mozzarella sticks were AWESOME
And the classic beef n cheddar was good without the nasty cheddar sauce and picked off the burnt onions on the bun
Food was cold, all fast food restaurants have an abundance of sauce packets but they only gave us 2 Arby's sauces for 2 meals, a dime sized squirt of cheese on the beef & cheddar, can tell they just don't care
came there at 940pm placed order online since me n my 12 year old son were out shopping. Got food at 950pm just sat down to eat n a lady comes up to me n says our lobby is closed didnt even get thru our meals it says online yous are open til 11pm even when googaling your lobby hours online it says store n drive thru are both open til 11pm. So me and my son had to pack up our food and leave mean while if there lobby was closed why where there other people driving n parking n another person inside after we left amd they werent told lobby was closed or doors locked. I find it rude if lobby closed you lock doors n domt let new customers inside but if its just me n a kid why cant you let us finish our food n then leave. I also work in fast food at a diff resturaunt that sells diff food and this is not how we treat our customers we dont kick our customers out in middle of them eating. If your lobby was closed why not tell us when we came in to place our order u wait til we get our food sit down take 3 bites n then make us leave. Is that so yall can close your store early when hrs clearly say til 11pm. Meaning you have to stay open til 11pm then lock doors n clean up even if it takes a hr to get out after closing. So spent $40 had took 3 bites n had to leave then food was cold by time we got home. Wont be back.
Went thru the drive thru and ordered 3 Beef n Cheddars, and when I got home and opened the sandwiches up I got basically 3 roast beef sandwiches with a teaspoon of Cheddar sauce and none of that sweet red sauce at all!!!
Not the first time that this has happened but I am truly disappointed ????
