I rarely review fast food places, but when I do it is because they have either excelled or failed in a massive way. This particular Arby's restaurant location in Littleton has excelled in many ways. I have to say that the food at Arby's is good, consistent and tasty, but not haute cuisine, as we all know. That being said, I have never had a poorly done sandwich, fries or other menu item here. They have never gotten my order wrong. They have always remembered to ask if I needed sauces or anything else to make my dining experience more pleasant. They have always been polite, courteous, kind, helpful and offered service with a smile. This cannot be said of all Arby's - this franchisee knows how to do it right. I frequently take Clients of my charity here to have a good meal in a nice environment. It is always clean and well maintained, a truly pleasant thing to see in a fast food place. Overall, this Arby's deserves to be given kudos and others need to look at it as an example of how to run a business. Great job!
This is a really nice Arby’s inside and out. It’s very modern and looked clean in the dining area. Unfortunately, the food was poorly prepared. My 1/2 pound beef and cheddar was placed in a sleeve instead of a wrap or a container. This was a to go order or I may have went back in and asked them to remake it. however, once I got home, I went ahead and ate it. Still tasted like an Arby’s sandwich. It just had cheese all over if I would’ve been eating in the dining area this would’ve been a three. However, it was it ago and I can only give a rating based on the food preparation.
Ew, what is this supposed to be ?? The rib sandwich was completely inedible ! Totally disgusting. Service was awesome through drive-thru. They're always friendly but the food leaves much to be desired ! Fries are ok. Chicken tenders are okay but I really wanted some of the meats they say they have other than just chicken, and this was a huge disappointment. 2 meal orders were $23.
This is the best Arby's! The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is clean and well maintained. We have NEVER had a wrong order, whether dining in or using the drive-thru. The food is fresh and delicious and well priced. We go out of our way to get our Arby's treats at this location!
Guys. You can’t leave half the order off, AND serve cold food. French dips come with jus. Large sides come with two sauces. I understand not wanting to work hard for crappy wages. But at least act your wage.
I love that four for 10 deal. Love the curly fries and the services is awesome.
Luke is the greatest drive thru customer service person ever! Thanks for putting a smile on our faces Luke! You don't get that much any more in fast food.
This is tough review. I really like this Arby's. The service has been great everytime we have come. But the last time I waited in the Drive Thru for at least 8 minutes to give my order and then another 15 to get my food. I feel like this place is understaff and needs help.
