Was a good experience and good food snack tonight. The cashier lady was so nice and our food was fast and hot. We appreciate the little tray and great customer service from the cashier and the cooks. Ty for saying have a nice night ma'am we appreciate you.
The employees are great, friendly and pleasant BUT-
I ordered the classic beef and cheddar twice in three days.
The first time it was not hot and there was almost no cheese on it.
That stuff us cheap, c'mon guys.
Second time I ordered an extra cup of cheese, paid $1.00 for it and they forgot it!
I like Arby's but what happened to quality, consistency and customer service?
The new locations are really nice.
I had the Reuben and curly fries. The sandwich had a good portion of corned beef. The sauerkraut and dressing were just the right amount for the sandwich

The new burgers are the best you can get at a fast food window. The new dining room paint job sucks though
I think this location could improve. The staff is very slow and getting orders out too. The tables need cleaned and bathrooms better maintained.
The building is being renovated to look like the rest of the new locations, however they are still open for operation, the manager is very cordial and helpful, the wait staff are very friendly and polite, the food is on point
Grabbed a sandwich here while traveling through Sikeston and was pleasantly surprised by the food.
I ordered the fresh market turkey sandwich and it was really good. Tons of fresh toppings and lots of meat.
Thanks arbys for showing me why I don’t eat here!! Ordered off of DoorDash. Curly and wrinkly fries were tough and dry, jalapeño slider only had 2 little jalapeños in it. That 2nd picture was supposed to be a prime ribbed cheesesteak teak and it literally just tasted like grease I tried to save it with Mayo but didn’t work. My friends fruit punch literally tasted like water mixed with chemicals ????????♀️
