I’d say the food was pretty decent, The employees were good. The place was kept up.
I was very unhappy with the service. The curly fries were cold. I asked for extra BBQ sauce on my sandwich and they gave me so much I couldn't eat it. They shorted me food. The drive thru cashier was not pleasant.
This establishment is generally on the slower side, so expect to wait 10 minutes for food. Food preparation has always been good and quality is always been acceptable. Cleanliness can waiver from day today but has always been acceptable.

I am very disappointed at the service we received from Arby’s 8/15/24. The two in the back making sandwiches (male & female) were amazing but the guy at window named Alex was totally spaced out and had no clue if he was coming or going. We paid, asked to pull up for nuggets and waited so long I walked inside. I learned inside that Alex had our nuggets but had misplaced out 4 sandwiches. Thankful for the female & male in the back they remade the sandwiches and was extremely helpful of my complaint about Alex. They apologized but Alex was walking around, turning, looking in bags….lost!!!
Said they closes at 10. People were eating inside and were in the drive through. Showed up around 8:20. Waited at the drive through, and they continued to ignore my mother and I so we decided to go inside. Shout out to the blonde headed girl who looked us in the eyes and gave us a horrible glare and went in the back and pretended to be “working”. She was actually just standing there talking to another coworker, probably about not wanting to serve us. Continuously ignored us as we stood there waiting. Checked if we were still there. And she stood around waiting for us to leave. As we left, she finally came out the back and she looked at us and smiled. Not worth the disrespect when you just wanna get something to eat, and someone doesn’t wanna work. Still goes home with a paycheck tho. If I could zero stars I would.
They had only 3 people running the restaurant one was on break, 2 customers had placed their order before I got there said they had Bern waiting over 20 minutes while other orders went our before them, another lady's order was over 15 minutes late, others as well orderd after her was getting their orders late.. the fact that the restaurant is located on a busy interstate, and being its lunch time more people needed to be there to better serve the public..
I tried their new buffalo wings and was delightfully surprised! All white meat, tasty sauce and a nice crunch texture, recommend. The wings came with fries and I selected their crinkle fries????. My guest had a roast beef sandwich adding lettuce and tomato and loved it. I always enjoy the food at Arby's.
Incredibly slow, had like 10 people in line and no one coming to take orders.
