Got 2 French Dip sandwiches which were fine...au jus was great & very hot. Fries were cool & old, not made to order (12:30pm Wed) & not crowded. No Arby's sauce or ketchup in dispensary. Informed employee who said he'd fill it soon. Offered packets which I appreciated. Went back later for more sauce, still not filled.
Not a horrible experience but it's been better in the past.
No potato cakes anymore (general company complaint). We used to go there more often as they were delicious!
To start with, they were "out of roast beef". Yeah, Arby's with no roast beef. Instead I ordered a chicken bacon & swiss. I got 2-3 bites in and got a nice mouthful of rubbery chicken. I don't know if it was overcooked or undercooked, but that texture was awful. The staff was friendly enough,but needless to say I wasn't impressed.
Seriously? And end piece of bread on my sandwich? It’s bad enough when the workers act like they are being put out by having to take an order.
Update: They must’ve read my review. They usually always have Cherry turnovers!
This location never has cherry turnovers left. They claim they make them in the morning to last throughout the day. Problem is they’re gone before 11am?!? Isn’t that a clue to make more?
Great roast beef sandwich. But took off a star because the extra onion and tomato that I paid extra for was sub par, see pics.
Food was nice and hot. I rarely ever buy fries from any given fast food restaurant and recieve them fresh and hot...but I did here. My whole meal was fresh. No wilted lettuce on burger. Very impressive! The people were kind and friendly. Describe in one word.... Outstanding!????
Fries and drink are fine but their chicken sandwiches always are awful, flat. Thin as a pancake. More like where’s the meat. Also I asked for no tomato or sauce on this.
Food was fresh, love the Mac and cheese bites!
