WORST SERVICE! Went in at 3:15 and one of the servers was sitting near the drink dispensers. No one greeted me or came to take my order. One person in the kitchen. Eventually the guy near the drinks went back to the kitchen but didn’t take my order. After waiting 5 minutes a female employee acknowledged me and said she’d be with me soon. Another 4 employees came in but didn’t acknowledge me. After another 5 minutes another employee came in from outside smelling of cannabis and eventually took my order. Waited 10 to 15 minutes to get my food and when he gave me my 2 sandwiches, completely forgot about my coke. McDonald’s it’s not. Never going back.
I‘ve been queuing here for twenty minutes, during business hours. The orderer inside told me that the machine had been turned off and no service was provided.
Dont ever come to this arbys.I drove through for a single sandwich and took 30 minutes. When they finally opened the window to give me my sandwich. The cashier was coughing and no one seemed to be washing their hands or wearing gloves on. On the phone with someone else and

The food was fine once we finally got it, and they corrected the order. We were the only car in the drive-thru and maybe 2 cars in the parking lot. Took almost 15 minutes from driving up to getting our food. Then we were missing our sandwiches, but thankfully, they were made, just not put in the bag. Definitely not the place to go if in any kind of hurry.
The staff here is always friendly and kind, and they make sure you get exactly what you want. They have never gotten an attitude when I ask questions about menu items (unlike other fast food places I won't name.) The food is always hot and fresh, and their chicken products are made with real chicken not processed chicken which I really appreciate!
In a fast food pinch this place was great. Very reasonable prices, fast service, polite employees. I had a chicken wrap and it was delicious. Thank you Arby's
Normally this location is great. Today, I tried to order for 10:15am pickup when store is supposed to open at 10am, but a worker walked out and no one was there to take my order.
