It was really good. Used the app to get a deal. My family and I really enjoyed our meal. We were passing through, but the location was very clean, everyone was nice and got our food pretty quick.
Ordered almost $70 of food online. Was given only 7 sandwiches. They did not include 4 au jus sauces, The three large fries, five pumpkin pie turnovers, and one cherry turnover. Was informed by the manager that they no longer serve pumpkin pie turnovers. I ask about a refund he then yelled at me and said he would have to call the district manager because it’s not his fault they don’t give refunds.
Update: It is not wise for the MOD to leave a staff member to handle the drive-thru and not know how to ring a special order for the 2 for $7. I was overcharged for my food. This location has gone down. Please retrain your staff on the register.
I tried the new Waygu steakhouse burgers. I must say that I was impressed with how seasoned and the amount of toppings on the burgers. The deluxe burger was better than the bacon ranch burger. The ranch burger sauce was too rich. The deluxe had a good thousand island sauce on it. I didn't understand why they were 2 different prices. Overall, I would purchase the deluxe burger again. Try the bacon ranch at your own risk!
They ran out of ice and the chicken tenders are hard and dry but the curly fries were decently good and the water was kinda warm but the other thing about the curly fries there good only if you have a cold drink
Was driving through the area to find something quick and filling to eat at 9:52 pm Sunday. I ordered my meal like normal and had to wait 5 minutes for it. I finally got it and I left, as I was eating on the road I noticed the sandwich isn’t fully cooked at all.
Nasty people. Nasty food. Wrong order. Cold food. Will never be back. I wonder what keeps this place open.
Had a great visit today at Marion AR Arby's. Javen at the front counter was very polite and he was very helpful. Order came up quick and everything was correct. Great job y'all.
Horrible staff I have tried them twice first time they were outside and left me inside and forgot I was there after I ordered my food after 25 min I asked where was our food they said they forgot we were there the second time I went through the drive through and they threw the food at me and were rude the food was cold so beware of this place and run will not ever go back and corporate never returned my call
