The staff is great & the food is almost always fresh. The couple times there was an error, they were great with making it right, you simply just have to make the effort and bring it to their attention. The Cambridge Arby's is by far the best location we've been too. We live south of the cities and have to stop here for our Arby's fix almost everytime we come through town. ???? shout out to their crew, they deserve a raise!
I did the mobile app for the 1st time. I picked up my food and the service was engaging. On my way home I started eating my curly fries and they were cold and tasted burnt. I was very disappointed. The rest of my order was cooked properly and delishous.
Was really slow for minimal customers. But the staff were super nice. Food was fresh. Nice and hot.
Tried the burger shake combo, absolute mistake. Stick with roast beef Arby's or get workers to learn how to cook hamburger! Only needs to be 165, not burnt and tough.
Terrible waste of money
Food was fresh & hot this time. The tables were filthy. Lots of staff standing around. They could have been cleaning & sanitizing the tables.
Always consistent and still reasonably priced, sometimes long waits for simple items, and they always make you pull up next to the dumpster for drive thru, though.
Food wasn't as good as it has been in the past. Fries greasy, roast beef was more dry than usual.
Food is great the old cranky lady that was working late got upset at me because I ordered and large coke and she told me "no you didnt, you got a medium". What a rude response. Telling a customer no. Get rid of people like that in your resturant.
