Hungry and needed an Arby’s Classic Beef fix. They came through. Friendly courteous drive through staff. Quick service. Order was filled correctly. My Sammy was tasty.
If I could give this location less than one star I certainly would. For the last 2 years my wife and I who thoroughly enjoy a weekend treat to Arby's are forever disappointed with the service at this location.
Today outdid their worst service. We sat in line at the drive-thru with one car ahead of us and that car sat at the ordering speaker for 10 minutes before anyone address them. When it was our turn, we sat there for 20 minutes and every time we said hello, a male voice just said; 'Please give us a moment'
After waiting for 20 minutes we drove away as did three other cars behind us. We thought perhaps they were short-handed but saw there were three employees through the drive-thru window as we passed by and only one person in the dining room. Will not be going back to this location
The staff was great. The service was decent I'll give it a four star. The food is ultimately horrible. My jalapeno bites came cold, my loaded fries were the wrong kind. I will try this place again to see if I can give it a better rating next time. Please do not just stick things in a warmer it becomes disgusting after a amount of time has passed.
Potato cakes are back!
Haven't had Arby's in a minute but decided to stop here and am glad I did. Staff were super chill to me and food was pretty great. A 6pc cake with a handful of Arby's sauce, can't go wrong.
Went through drive thru and no-one said anything for a few minutes we said hello a few times before getting a quiet "order when your ready". So we ordered, and drove around and the girl that took our order looked really messed up like maybe she was drunk or high. Then the other dude came around the corner and took her place. He looked just as high as she did. The sandwich was cold and sad. The fries were cold, limp, and unsalted. Maybe I'll give this location another shot...maybe they can hire someone who can actually do their job.
My door dash driver ate part of my food. When I tried to mention this in the door dash app, it kicked me out. Booo
UPDATE! Arby's responded to my review with a link for me to complete, and after I jumped through all the "hoops" it would let me submit it. Strong work Arby's. Though the DoorDash delivery person is at fault for eating part of my order, I just wanted to let Arby's know they should seal the paper sack in a way that someone can't just stick their hand inside...
Can’t take orders, cant take payment, took 20 minutes to get a single sandwich.
Amazing, even your survery link is broken. We all know that you will punish the staff, whom did admirably in spite of the profound, naked dysfunction.
