This place is hit or miss on quality and food temperatures. Pay good money for the brisket bacon and it’s flat as a flitter. Can I get a person who knows how to really make a 10$ sandwich look at least appetizing. This thing was light!! Sad considering how much things cost vs what you get. People are generally nice and friendly. Just wish the food was more presentable. PS do y’all ever do fresh fries at night? These things are hard and bland. ????
Cold food and INCOMPETENCE! We ordered a roast beef sandwich, a 9 piece Buffalo boneless wings (glorified chicken nuggets) a small crinkle fry and a large curly fry. After pulling us up and waiting at least 10 min they finally brought our food. Hubby asked the guy if the fries were hot, he assured us that’s why we had to wait and they were HOT! Not my first rodeo so I checked the bag. NO curly fries (hot or not) and they put the crinkle fries in with the Buffalo wings! They had sauce all over them and neither were even warm! Roast beef was so cold it wouldn’t melt the Swiss cheese I had added. This is our last time at ANY Arby’s!
I enjoy Arby's food. However we showed up one time and they told us they do not have roast beef meet. Then we show up again today at 12:00 and they could not take our order because they did not have enough people there. Seems like management needs to get their act together.
This was the worst delivery I have ever received. The ClassicRoast came with nothing but beef and a bun. There was not one packet of sauce. The chickhen wrap was the same. The wrap and chickhen, very small with no sauce. I know businesses are cutting back this is disgraceful!
Placed my order in the drive thru and was told it would be 5 mins, no problem, waited but later when I arrived back to the office and was eating the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich I noticed the chicken was under cooked, see photo. Be careful!
I came in and tried to order a half priced burger that I received an email about. I pulled up the offer in the app. I showed it to the cashier who told me I could only redeem it through the app. I tried several times, even closing and opening the app, but for some reason I was unable to select the item. Out of frustration I left the restaurant. Later I tried to get in touch with Arby's through customer service online, but they don't have a number to call. I tried to use their online system, but it also had problems. I will stop coming here. I do not need this level of frustration added on top of the frustration of being hungry. If this company wants to avoid people, they shouldn't be in business.
I had a sandwich and fries. The most basic of the basic you can possibly get here. Not even the Beef n Cheddar. Just a sandwich. About 2 hours later, I spent the next 12 hours glued to the restroom. It was bad. I felt like I was prepping for a procedure. Almost couldn't go to work the next day.
Last time we were here, (a couple of weeks ago), we ate in. Today we drove through. Both times, mistakes were made in our orders. Last time, they gave us both regular fries, even though I ordered curly, and that's what was on the receipt. This visit, my husband ordered a sandwich and a cherry turnover, but the turnover was neither in the bag nor on the receipt. I specifically asked TWICE for Horsey Sauce for my 2 roast beef sandwiches, and was given Arby's sauce instead. It would be nice if the employees could listen to what they're being asked to do, and provide customers with what they order.
